Worst service… soda on the outside of our glasses & they served us the wrong damn pizza

The pizza here isn’t too bad. No, it’s not the greatest pizza ever, but if you just feel like some pizza real quick, it’ll do the trick.

The food was good but the service was beyond terrible. The waitress did not know if she was coming or going, the table next to us left after drinks as they didn’t hear back from her and she has to go ask them a few times what their drink order was. The tables were not cleaned and when they were she used the same rag to wash the tables as she did the seats and then wanted you to sit on the wet/​greasy seat she had just created. The whole night was just a fail. At the end they did take some money off for the service but this was after they got the bill incorrect and it had to be changed anyways. UGH…

Will update after I get hit my food but never had anything good here before thought I’d give another try but I can tell by the idiotism on the phone that this is not going to be much better.

I went there for dinner with a friend and got the worst buffalo chicken pizza I’ve ever had. Eaten it there before and was much better. We complained to our server and she tried to justify instead of fix. I felt as if they didn’t care because they were closing soon. The dough was very doughy as though it could have been cooked for 5 more mins. The chicken was minimal. There was no sauce on dough just cheese with a light buffalo drizzle on top. This is not what we were expecting. Our service was lackluster at best. She wSnt big on coming back and checking in with us.
On a side note the cheesy garlic bread was good. And the portion was good. The pizza and poor quality of being taken care of justified the 1 star.

Ordered on line to pick up on the way home from work. When I arrived at the exact time I had requested (an hour later), they had not started my order. Took another 35 minutes to cook 16 wings. Not sure the point of ordering ahead. I did their survey and asked for someone to call me, and of course nobody did.
Once again, if a business does not respond to an unhappy guest, then they do not care about the customer. I was not looking for anything free, just an explanation and an apology. They chose to ignore me. Too many other good places to eat on that stretch of road. I will not be back.

Probably they never gonna clean that with good liquids.
I visit re restaurant weekly once but always find the same sticky tables.

What a disappointment! We ordered spicy Asian boneless wings, breadsticks and a pepperoni pizza on hand tossed crust. The wings had hardly any flavor/​sauce. They were basically chicken nuggets. The breadsticks also had little to no seasoning on them. The pizza was drenched in garlic butter and under cooked. We typically like Pizza Hut but this was a major disappointment.

Went here over the weekend, the service was fine until it was time to pay the bill. My server was up at the front talking with other employees so I walked up to the cash register with my check. There were 3 younger employees behind the counter (one of which was my server) and an older lady who must have been their manager doing some kind of end of the night paper work. The older woman noticed it was taking my server quite long to get the bill back in my hands so she suggested to the young waitress to focus more on customer service then giggling with the other employees.
The younger employees began to gang up on her and give her attitude infront of the customers. I did not like this, I’m hoping those kids will get fired and learn to respect their higher ups.

Worst restaurant on S. willow. Rude staff. Manager is even more rude. Dinning area is never cleaned. Staff treats you like you don’t belong there. They should fire everyone including manager and shut the place down. Might save some face. It is consistently bad.

I picked Pizza Hut for its location near the mall and the $ 5 buffet. The pizza was good, the same any Pizza Hut. The salad bar was average, but the lettuce was wilting. But there were more selections than nearby Pizza Hut locations.
The service itself was terrible. We waited a while before our orders were taken, then waited at least 10 minutes after eating to get the check. Our server seemed nonexistent. When we did see her, she was unpleasant and unhelpful.
With many other pizza locations in the area, I won’t be coming back.
