The service here is always despicable. Every time I’ve went I’m left standing at the hostess stand waiting for someone to even acknowledge my presence. And when they acknowledge you they seem annoyed that you’re even there. Rudest waitstaff I’ve ever encountered.

This place is good, just not for salads! I’m staying away from bread and pasta right now, and opted for a salad topped with shrimp, and they didn’t part with many of them. There were maybe four medium sized shrimp. Anyway, the bread and pasta looked amazing and my friend LOVED her pasta meal. Just don’t go there while dieting like I did.

Busy tonight as it is the only sit down restaurant at the Mall of NH except Red Robin. We put our name on the list to wait for 15 minutes but went to the small bar for a drink. We ended up eating at the bar. My husband had eaten earlier so it was more comfortable to just stay at the bar. He had Blue Moon on tap. I had raspberry iced tea, which was really good and not too sweet. Ordered the crab stuffed mushrooms and the brushetta pizza. Both were good. Pelligrino water was so refreshing. Reason for 3 stars, the bartender was not using tongs for garnishes! She was handling money, touching screen for payments, touching credit cards, and then putting her fingers on the various garnishes and putting them in drinks! Wiping down the bar and no hand washing! Not sure I want to know how good is prepared after witnessing this. Will not go back!

Bertucci’s always has great food. Every once in a while I hear a plop back in the kitchen but ignore it. The rolls are one of the best parts of the restaurant. I get one meal only here but it is fantastic. I always try to come here whenever we are in Manchester.

I’m waiting here right now. The staff said 20 minutes and it’s been 45 minutes so far. I will not be returning.

I went here once before with my mother about 10 – 12 months ago and while I wasn’t thrilled with my food, it was edible. My mother on the other hand has to send her food back and then was disgusted how she could see the cook on his cell phone with his gloves(what’s the point of wearing gloves if you’re going to touch your grimy phone?) while reheating her sandwich. Well tonight I went with my mother, father, and 2 year old son after getting some pictures done. My dad got spaghetti and meatballs, my mom the chicken scampi, and I got a large pizza half cheese half veggie(our server said it would be cheaper to do it as a veggie instead of spinach, tomatoes and garlic like I wanted). First of all it was like 730pm and the food took foreverrrrr. Our server was obviously pretty sick and congested that we were all kind of grossed out. Once we finally got the food my fathers portion of spaghetti and meatballs was pathetic. For $ 13 it was like 1 – 1.5 cups of lukewarm pasta and the meatballs were turning that brown where they were sitting under the heater. My moms pasta was the same too, was getting that funky color from sitting under the heater, was lukewarm, and barely had any sauce. My pizza looked microwaved(brick oven my ass) and looked like the made a cheese pizza(with skimpy cheese) and then at the end threw the veggies on and then heated for maybe another minute. Certainly nothing to rave about. And mind you, my pizza cost 18.49! Like what? That’s cheaper than doing it the way I wanted? I’m pretty sure a large veggie pizza in the menu wasn’t even 18.49. The cost was ridiculous for the quality and taste. We could have been«those people» and spoke to the manager, but at that point we all decided we will never go back. This is the only bertuccis I’ve been to so I don’t know if it’s the chain or just this location, but the bertuccis in the mall of NH needs to get their act together. Pathetic meal for $ 70!

I have been to this location several times. In each instance the service, albeit friendly, quick and courteous for a busy establishment, has always remained consistent. The place does get busy and there is usually a small wait to get seated especially if you have a large family or entourage. However, for a couple or small party, the wait if any, is negligible. The large pizza seems to be their staple item which I can attest to as they offer a nice variety. In addition, you can get creative with the toppings and even split the whole pie. i. e: half pepperoni and half basil/white.etc I would have no qualms about dining here again. The pizza variety is enough to satisfy even the most demanding connoisseur from Brooklyn, NY. At least in homogeneous NH, you don’t stand the chance of getting shot up in the Mall while enjoying a family night out and at a local eatery.

I love any Bertucci’s. Free salad at lunch!?! Love that. Great pizza’s. Great iced tea. Great insalada and dressings. Omg the rolls! Rosemary chicken panini is good, but better if you ask them to make it as a sandwich.

Consistently good food and service at this Bertucci’s location. Space can be a little cramped as it is a mall location so it is much smaller than other Bertucci’s locations. My only complaint is the lighting change. The lighting is too bright and gives more of being under an interrogation spotlight feel than that of warm and inviting. Easy fix so hopefully they make that adjustment.

This was my first time trying out this place and I must say they did well. I went in for lunch and the place was fairly crowded, as a normal lunch at a restaurant in a mall. We stood there for a little bit and a waitress or hostess, I can’t remember sat us down at a booth. She was very friendly and accommodating. She brought us water and bread at the beginning and some oil and marinara sauce(9⁄10).(Tip: don’t eat a lot of this, you might not finish your actual lunch) I ordered the Chicken Milanese and it was delicious! also just a water. The sandwich tasted great with the soup, but the ingredients kept falling out around the edges which was fine(8⁄10). I also got a soup which had a nice creamy taste to it, but wasn’t too heavy(6⁄10). If you like a nice chicken sandwich with some soup this is a nice lunch to have. Finally there décor was nice, not too overwhelming but subtle(7⁄10). There bathrooms were decent, not to dirty but not spotless neither(6⁄10). People-9/10 Food-7−10 Drinks-n/a Décor-7/10 Restrooms– 6⁄10

Have to admit I am not a fan of chains but Bertuccis is not too bad. However, the dirty bathroom and strange service made it pretty lame.

I used to be a frequent visitor of this Bertucci’s. On our latest visits over the last 6 months, the restaurant has severely deteriorated in quality and service. The food is mediocre, although I do like the large selection of pizza toppings. The rolls, once lightly crisp, hot and fluffy on the inside in times past; are now stale and could break a tooth. The pizza crust seems to be premade and microwaved with just a smidgen of cheese and sauce, and a few morsels of toppings. It’s the service that has become really disappointing. On my visit today, we were seated by a hostess who seemed annoyed. Our rolls came quickly enough, as did our drinks. Things then went downhill rapidly. Our pizza took over 35 minutes to get to the table. Our waiter left the restaurant twice during our meal to smoke cigarettes, and then would deliver our food blowing nasty, foul cigarette breath in our faces. Next, a waitress who looked opiate-dependent, snatched the red pepper off our table, before I could even use it, and placed it on the bar… Our drinks were never refilled, and the check was thrown on the table before desert was even delivered.

Stopped in for a quick dinner with my mom while at the mall of NH. Was pleasantly surprised to find that bertuccis now has an entire menu for gluten allergic people. The gluten free menu has salads, soups, and a few different grilled meat with roasted veggie type entrees. I ordered the eggplant pomodoro which was served with roasted green beans and a side salad. The meal was well cooked and very tasty, but a little bit on the small side portion-wise. It is strange to me that bertuccis does not offer gluten free pasta or risotto dishes, or make a gluten free crust for pizza, or roll.

We were told we had to try it, sorry we did. They were busy so we had to wait fianaly seated and it only got worse. Service was terrible. Drinks took a while to get a glass was cracked so it was taken back and the forgot to bring new one. Food was very slow to arrive, no condiment were offered an by the time they came we were almost done. The Chicken piccata was cold and soggy. The pizza was bland truthfully I have had better frozen pizza. Overall service was terrible and food was poor. We will never go back.

Good restaurant in the Mall of New Hampshire. Best sit-down place in the Mall complex — every time we’ve eaten there we’ve had excellent food and service.

Decent pizza. Skip the pasta dishes. The baked tortellini tasted about on par with the grocery store premade tortellini you find in the refrigerator section. The salad we had was Terrible — the«insalata» had a few green leaves covering a bed of yellowed ice berg lettuce. NOTGOOD. Quality is so rare these days.

My wife and I are pretty big pizza nuts. We really enjoy a good pizza… of all types… New York Thin, Chicago Deep Dish… or Brick Oven style. While we enjoy many of the pizzerias around the area(900 Degrees, Carraba’s, even Pizza Hut at times), we rediscovered Bertucci’s last night. When we first moved here 2.5 years ago, we frequented the Bertucci’s in Andover, MA… but, for some reason stopped going. Last night, I got the Carmine pizza(even though it is off the menu, it is ON their«back menu» and they gladly made it for me). The Carmine has a special roasted tomato sauce that makes it incredible. It is then topped with balls of fresh mozzarella and piles of deeply caramelized(not just sauteed) onions for a very unique and delicious pie. My wife got the Pizza Verde… a relatively new creation that I dubbed the«salad on a pizza crust.» It has the same fresh mozzarella balls with prosciuotto… and then arugula piled VERY high on top… making it green looking(hence the Pizza«Verde»). To eat this, you fold a piece in half, like you would in New York, to keep the arugula on there. Another simply amazing variety of pizza. Service…our waitress was quite pleasant and on the ball. The only issue, if there was one, was that the wait from drinks to taking order was maybe a couple minutes slow… but…absolutely nothing to complain about, I am being very nitpicky here. Finally, the wait… if you go to this Bertucci’s…and I heard people complaining about this… realize that it is(1) INTHEMALL and(2) ISVERYPOPULAR… so, you will, most likely, have to wait to be seated. This is not the fault of the restaurant… and, frankly, is quite a good sign about the quality of the restaurant!

Yes, I am going to give this east coast chain a 4 star review. Yes, it is located in the Mall of NH. Yes, the servers are too nice. However, my pizza was fan-fucking-tastic. Thin crust, arugula, balsamic reduction and buffalo moz. Cut into proper wedges and tasted like heaven. Be grateful NE, for your pizza is the stuff of dreams.
