I am not a pizza connoisseur, or a food connoisseur for that matter, but I must say the pizza I had here last week was the best I have ever had. People talk about this pizza is better than that pizza, or I always get my pizza from wherever because theirs is the best. Well, I always thought pizza was pizza. It never mattered much to me where it came from. However, that has changed for me. Now I understand what a good pizza is. There is no comparison. Parma is better than any pizza I have ever eaten. I was there at a slow time, so I had no issues with service as I have read in other reviews, but my feeling is it would be worth the wait if service were slow.

You must read this review! I experienced service so poor that I felt obligated to share. My experience started with a pick up order to the Manchester location. I was immediately placed on hold(not asked if I could hold just told«Hold Please») after holding for 3 – 4 minutes the employee came back on the phone and said«Parma Pizza Hold Please» I couldn’t even get in a word to say I was already on hold. Once i finally placed my order and drove to the location I waited at the restaurant for about 20 minutes for my order. The shop had NO customers and the phone only rang 1 time during my wait. I ordered a larger Stromboli and small pizza so I figured it took more time and still left a $ 2 tip. After the cook(found it later it was the manager) checked my slip and opened the top box he handed me my order. After driving the 10 – 15 minutes home I was surprised to find that I was give two pizzas and no Stromboli. Order Error These things happen so I figured I would call the restaurant back and the would be apologetic and maybe even deliver my Stromboli to me. Sure enough when I called back I was put on hold before I could say a word. After waiting on hold for 5 minutes the line was cut off. I called back and before the girl could finish I interrupted her and said I’m sorry I’ve already been on hold and got cut off. She yelled back to another girl who got on the phone and said«I’m sorry we are busy your going to have to hold». Hold Please Are you serious! I was trying to call back and tell them they screwed up my order and they wouldn’t even let me speak. Needless to say they left me on hold for 7 minutes(At this time was looking at my iPhone to keep track of time on hold) and when the girl came back and I explained my miss order and how poorly it was handled she snapped at me and said she was busy and i could come pickup my boli if I wanted to. She was so rude that my frustration got the best of me so I asked for her manager. She told me she was the manger(found out later she was lying) so i asked for the owners number. I decided she was probably giving me a fake number so I called the York City location and just happened to get the daughter of the person who owns Parma. She was super friendly and gave me her father’s cell phone. Talk to the owner After calling him and leaving a voicemail he did call me back shortly after and was very apologetic. Sadly he told me that he would call back on Monday and send me a gift card. I told myself that if he called back I would not post any negative review. Well it’s been over a week and I never heard back from him… NEVERAGAIN I have NEVER given a negative review online but Parma has earned it! My family and as many friends as I can influence will never eat at this restaurant again!

I have tried most of the pizza places around Manchester, and once I tried this place, I stopped searching. Normally, even during the lunch or dinner rush, you will only have to wait maybe 20 minutes to pick up your food. They also recently got ice cream as well. As well, they recently got in a pad to sign in your phone number, and after you come so many times you get something free. I am a real big fan on their subs, but everything is good!

Their stuffed pizza is excellent, but when the business was sold a couple of years ago, they really skimped back on the size of the slices. Whereas one slice used to really fill me, now it can take two. Still great food and a fair price, though. Customer service has not been the best in the restaurant, but it’s gotten a whisker better, I think because of change of staff. Little note: when I’m the only one in the dining room, it would be nice to be able to change the channel of the TV to something actually worth watching. No working remote to be found.

The pizza is the best in the area. This is non-negotiable, I’m just telling you the facts of life. However, it is in my opinion that it’s only their pizza that is the best. I’ve said it in previous reviews that Pizza Box has the best subs and side-orders and Jim & Nina’s has the best stromboli.

Sub-par food, bad customer service, huge amounts of spam in both electronic and physical forms. Nope, wouldn’t recommend it. Ever.

We have recently moved to Manchester and we’re working our way through the pizza shops to figure out which one will be «ours.» Parma is our third place and we’re done. We have now tried their pizza, cheesesteaks, stromboli, calzones and wings and we were very happy with everything. We had the meat lovers stromboli that arrived smelling like heaven, with a buttery crust and a cup of really delicious tomato sauce. My only complaint, and it’s a small one, is that the sauce was cold. It had the perfect balance of meat and cheese. Pizza was excellent and done just the way I like it– not underdone with pale bland cheese but with a sturdy crust and cheese that has bubbles and same dark spots and the perfect amount of cheese and sauce. On a second order, a few days later, we ordered cheesesteaks and wings. I was happy to see that they use rolls and don’t make their own out of pizza dough(a common thing for places out here, I’ve found.) The steaks were a good size, with a good amount of meat and toppings but they could have used just a little bit of salt. I added some to mine and it was great. The wings were delivered in a round tin, swimming in a small amount of sauce and despite being in a container with a lid, they remained crunchy on the outside. They weren’t the largest of wings, but for a pizza shop delivery, they were great. We are going to continue to eat our way through their menu.

Tried 2 different slices of their stuffed pizza — the rigatoni and meatball, and the veggie. The rigatoni and meatball was good but the meatballs didn’t taste homemade to me? The veggie was a bit of a disappointment as they used canned mushrooms and frozen broccoli and tried to cover it up by throwing some black olives and fresh tomatoe, green pepper and onion over top. If you are going to go to all that trouble to make something like that, why not use all fresh vegetables? The staff was very friendly and described all of the varieties of stuffed pizza on display. They are usually busiest on a Friday, and have more varieties than through the week.

Used to order from Parma once a week. Service is getting worse and worse every time. I will not be ordering from them again. Delivery is taking over an hour now and customer service is horrible

Manchester doesn’t have a lot of options outside of dollar stores and pizza places. Despite the large variety, Debbie’s, Pizza Box, Marcello’s, Papa John’s, our choice has consistently been Parma. Unfortunately we’ve recently had reason to question if we shouldn’t reconsider. Today we ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and a large calzone with pepperoni and olives for pick up. We discovered our calzone was made without ricotta and to correct the error a cup of ricotta was placed in the box. On our prior visit we placed a similar order and arrived to find a small calzone instead of large. Their solution was for us to sit while an additional small was made for us, not taking into account the remainder of our food sat getting cold in the meantime. Two months ago I would have highly recommended this place as the food is excellent when it’s correct. However, something has changed and unless it’s corrected we may need to give some of the other players a chance.

This location has a great variety of stuffed pizza slices with decent sandwiches, such as the italian panini. I thought the cajun pasta had poor flavor, but the stuffed pizza pies here such as the meat lovers and philly cheese-steak pizza can make for a satisfying lunch. Just make sure your slices don’t get cold, as they taste horrible afterward. Some pizza tastes great cold, but this is not the type, especially since most of the slices don’t have typical mozzarella/marinara sauce which are still fine ingredients to eat if not heated, so finish the food while it’s hot.

Really great stuffed pizza! Thus far we have enjoyed a few different flavors, with the exception of the buffalo chicken pizza– it left something to be desired with the flavor combination. The meat lovers is loaded with different meats and the veggie melt is excellent! The crabby fries– kind of a joke, we didn’t realize there is nothing crab about them, just fries with old bay seasoning. The pepperoni stick was not that great either– very dry. Stick with the pizza and you will be happy. :) I gave Parma 4 stars because the stuffed pizza is REALLY good!

Nice atmosphere, no so great pizza. Its a nice place right on the main street in Manchester. Seems fairly popular with the younger crowd on the weekends. They have a buffet bar that is available all the time. The pizza is old and sits out under burners all day. Don’t go for that option. Just get a fresh pizza, but stay clear of the stuffed pizza option unless you like thick cheese. The cheese was just a little much for me.

I have ordered from this location on several occasions, but have not eaten in. After a drive back from Rehoboth we didn’t really have the energy to cook, so we got a boli from Parma. I ordered and was told 45 minutes and it came sooner than that so no complaints. The boli was good and cheesy and the size is very large so the value for the money is good, I will probably order from them again.

Oh. My. Word. Parma Pizza is literally the GREATEST pizza I have ever had in my entire life. It’s almost a crime to just call it pizza. It’s like art. Their stuffed pizza is so impossibly delicious. It’s hearty, cheesy, the dough is sweet and fresh, the servings are more than generous — you’ve never had anything like it, and you won’t find anything like it any place else. The buffalo chicken pizza? Don’t even get me started. I’m drooling on my keyboard just thinking about it. The service is great and the manager is cool, too. I definitely recommend Parma to anyone who likes food. Haha.
