This could be the best pizza place in York! I love their pizza. my husband & kids have had their subs (both hot & cold) & have really enjoyed them. I’m not a big fan of their french fries but the rest of my family loves them. If I’m eating Pizza in York, this is the place to go! & it’s right around the corner!
This is the Al Bacio we go to. I’m not sure about the other location. We have never had their delivery since it is so close.

Today was the 2nd time we ordered delivery from them. 1st time took almost an hour for them to deliver. Pizza was ok. We ordered again today. They told us it would take «about an hour.» I called after 1:20 and they said the delivery person would be there promptly, and it was delivered w/​5 minutes (we’re about 4 – 5 minutes from the restaurant), 2 pizzas, 1 salad. All was ok, but one pizza (White Bruscetta) had 2 toppings missing. We won’t be ordering delivery again.

The best pizza in York hands down! The amount of cheese and toppings that are put on them is amazing. The fries are a must no matter what you order! The homemade bread, house salad dressing, pesto and as a matter of fact everything I have had so far is beyond good! Once you try it you will be an instant fan!

I have had their pizza on numerous occasions. Both for me and my family and for my staff. Everyone is a big fan of the pizza. Their salads are really good also. I would say the House Salad with with the Italian meats and cheeses would be my favorite.

Pizza al Bacio has the best Italian food that I have had in York. I have eaten at dozens of Italian restaurants in York, PA, some terrible, some so-​so, some average, some great, but Pizza al Bacio is amazing. I haven’t found anything on the menu that I don’t like. Tonight, my wife and I ordered the chic-​o-​philly for dinner and the homemade bread was outstanding. It makes every sub their extra special. You know you’re hooked when you are already planning what you are going to get the next time you go before you’re even done with your current meal.. .. . I’m thinking that I’ll be getting the cheeseburger sub there next go around. It is also one of my favorites.

Pizza is good but could improve their customer service. I just received their flyer in the mail which had coupons in it. We decided to give them a try. I decided to go afterwork and thought I had the coupon in the car, however I did not. You would think that a business would rather give a customer a break and earn a better reputation as being customer friendly instead they told me that in order to get credit for the coupon they needed the actual coupon. So, I was forced to drive the 8 mile round trip in order to get my five dollars off. I definitely contemplated not going back to get the food but I took the high road and went back for it. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service policy.

I have been to every pizza place in town. The only one other than this place that is good enough to spend my money at is bel paese. I get the Sicilian pie with salami and pepperoni. It’s oh my god good. Along with anything here. Got the Italian sub, the eggplant parm grinder and al biaco cheesesteak which were out of this world also. Never a bad meal and the place is affordable too. This is coming from an Italian out of nj so the place is worth a try

I’ve enjoyed several of their pizzas, both thin crust and sicilian. Always baked to perfection, which isn’t always the case with sicilian at other places. Very good quality ingredients. Location is their biggest challenge, but it’s well worth finding this place.
