I was coached by Mat before CrossFit Ad Finem opened and was beyond thrilled when he opened his own box. My time spent at Ad Finem was amazing. The coaches are extremely knowledgable about health and fitness and truly care about all of the members. From the brand new crossfitter, to the experienced vet — everyone is treated with kindness and compassion and given all of the same opportunities to better themselves and their skills. When I moved out of state, leaving CFAF and my CFAF family was very hard. They will welcome you with open arms from the minute you walk in the door.

I started Crossfit @ CFAF about a year and a half ago, after I had undergone my 12th knee surgery. I strongly believe the only reason my knees have held up this long doing CrossFit is because Mat and his fellow coaches truly do put safety before all else. The coaching staff does an amazing job of not only teaching correct technique in Elements, but ensuring that great technique is maintained throughout all classes moving forward from there. The coaches constantly review movements with all of us, so you always know exactly what it is you should be doing. CFAF is one huge family, and without question the most welcoming group of people I’ve ever met. Everyone loves working hard together, but they love laughing and having a good time just as much. I can definitely say I’ll be a member for life.
