Overall great pond store with plenty of things for a small garden as well. They have a lot of different items: practical, cute, eclectic, etc. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and more than willing to talk with you for as long as you need in order to help you figure out what is going on with your pond.

After having a very negative experience at Aqua World I’m so glad I found Chalily. Everyone there was super helpful, friendly, and so accommodating. Don’t judge the store from the front side facing Manchester either. They have so much more behind the building that I wasn’t aware of until I parked. Only slightly negative thing was that I had to wait a while for someone to help me, but it was pretty busy on the day I was there.

I have been trying to get my small water feature up and running for awhile and this was just the place to get help doing it! Joe is very knowledgeable and has extensive experience since he used to work at MO botanical garden. He helped me pick out the best plants and even told me what to do to keep them alive over the winter. Give them a try and you will not be dissapointed.
