Cellular Freedom

Been a customer of this business for 18 months now and have never had a single issue. A little bummed they moved from Hooksett to Manchester but i’m sure South Willow street is much more productive for them. Anyway I give these guys five stars. Also the few times I visited their Hooksett location all the employees were super friendly and helpful.

The rudest customer service reps, and they talk out of both sides of their mouths when they caused me a major problem. I now have no service, because on conversion to a different phone, I was given a MA phone number and the IME is attached to an iPhone 6, which I have never owned. We had done business with this company in the past with no problems, and now, they have caused me considerable time and energy asking them to make things right to no avail, since they don’t know how to correct the problem! Do Not do business with them. There are other resellers (one near H&R Block on S Willow) who will take the time to help. In addition, the owner states he gave me a loaner phone. Well, it didn’t work in the area I was visiting, and as for not paying when service was up, I can’t because they screwed up the conversion so bad, that I am attached to a phone that I have never had. I will be taking this business to Small Claims Court, which I have never had to do, for the time wasted, the monies spent, without getting service, and asking the judge for stress-​related monies as well!

So I have been to cellular freedom a few times, and let me say there customer service is the best I have ever experienced, they make you feel welcomed and appreciated from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out! I have gotten my devices fixed many times there, I have bought a device from them, and have sold some of my old devices to them as well, and never did I feel I was being taken for a ride! There prices are fair and reasonable! All there employees are outstanding. The owner Shawn is a smart business owner who other small business owners can learn from.

Great one stop shop! I give Cellular Freedom a solid 5 Stars! Great service and knowledge— I would highly recommend cellular freedom for all your cellular purchases, needs and questions. Staff is knowledgeable, responsive and attentive!

This review is long overdue. I purchased an iphone for my mother-​in-​law last year, and fixed my mom’s shattered screen on her (brand new) iPhone. Both times we received exceptional, friendly and prompt customer service with a smile, and a reasonable price for the products. All questions were answered thoroughly, too. Thanks, Shawn and company!
