Guy working last night double-​dipped one of those tiny taste test spoons right in front of us, into one of those large ice cream tubs. We left immediately. Customers can’t do anything about health code violations in restaurants except not give them our business.

I ordered two pints of ice cream to be delivered to my apartment that is five minutes from the store. It took over an hour for it to come. When on the phone, I received attitude, and false information from the female taking my call. Not only this, but she didn’t put me on hold, and I heard her talking about, «this chick wants to know the exact time. Like he just left.» I called FOURTY minutes after ordering. I think I will not order from them again.

Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream is always great. This corner scoop shop is located in Downtown Manchester, which is open year round and a great place for getting my B&J ice cream fix on hot summer days or even on cold wintery evenings. The place is a bit cramped inside and quite busy on nice weather days and on «Free Scoop Day.» My favorite flavors here are the Coffee, Coffee BuzzBuzzBuzz! and The Tonight Dough, which I usually get a large sugar cone. I need to grab some extra napkins too. The service here is pleasant and efficient and the staff here seems friendly on each visit.

Ben and Jerry’s does ice cream right. They have many flavors, toppings and add-​ons it’s a great product. No complaints here except when you get to the cash register. You can drop $ 4.00 plus for a single «kiddie» size scoop. It’s a premium here that’s hard to overlook when you can go to other competitors in the market and get prices for half the cost.

AMAZING Can’t say more about this place! I had the small mango mango and it’s more than enough ! The staffs are so nice and because it was Father’s Day we had a small ice cream for free! BIG YAY TO THIS PLACE !!

Definitely an awesome ice cream joint! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Try any ice cream you want before deciding. As you may have guessed, the ice cream is delicious. It may be a corporate ice cream shop, but it feels like a mom and pop place.

They DELIVER to anywhere in Manchester! They hand pack pints of any flavor they carry in house that you can’t even get in the stores and their delivery is super fast! Staff is very friendly as well! I wouldn’t normally purchase Ben and Jerry’s at the grocery store but when I’m sitting on the couch craving ice cream and don’t want to leave the house, it is perfect! Pints go for around $ 5.

The employees are always charming and attentive but the ice cream is such a disappointment compared to what it used to be. I’ve regretted every time I’ve gotten ice cream at Ben and Jerrys, which includes a visit to the factory. It’s such a shame to see yet another great product commercialized and destroyed.

Why do they advertise on the site if they aren’t going to follow up?
4÷19÷15 update — someone today suggested I contact their corporate office. a) I’m not going to BEG someone to do something for my wedding. b) I was married last July. I found another great company to do it and am no longer in need of their (lack of) service.

The ice cream here is good. The staff is always friendly and ready to give you some suggestions based on the mood your in at the time. I told her I was feeling patriotic, she told me to try the AMERICONE DREAM!!! ’twas a perfect fit

How can you not be a fan of Ben & Jerry’s no matter where it is. But, I must say. this location on a Sunday afternoon was very busy. The poor girl behind the counter was all alone. I think they may want to get two people to work there instead of having her all by herself! She was working her butt off. It’s a really cute little ice cream shop that makes you all kinds of things from shakes to brownie sundaes! It’s always fun, too to ask for samples if you have never had a flavor before. This location though is very tough for parking. They do have street parking with meters.

ALWAYS brain-​freezingly creamy and delicious. Wacky flavor regulars BUT with a wonderful scoop shop around SMOOTHIES and SUNDAES are a possibility.
Single scoop cones are AIITE, but you know what… I think buying by a pint at stop&shop is way more worth it (since it’s about $ 3 a pint). BUT STILL… it’s a cute lil shop for an ice cream pick-​me-​up.
