Wait just one minute; isn’t this Red Lobster location apart of the national food chain. Aren’t all restaurant’s that serve food under one brand name considered apart of a food chain. Isn’t it true that food chains have the same standard operating procedures,(sop) not to mention same ideology of customer service. Clearly this location is on an island alone. Poor customer service, with the absence of enthusiasm, lack of cleanliness and disorganization when preparing my food. I sincerely enjoyed cashing out and leaving this establishment.

We walked in with 30 minutes till close and were served wonderfully and efficiently. I know at that time most want to go home but we never felt rushed or like an inconvenience. That is good customer service. I appreciate the welcome we felt. Food was great and attention to detail was there. The only thing I would ask is for cleaner bathrooms, there was fecal matter on the floor which is gross. But other than bathrooms place was great.

Really like this place but running out of lettuce for the Ceasar salad is not good. Can’t they just go to the local grocery store to get some when they are running low?

I have eaten dinner at Red Lobster in the past, and thought at those times, that the food was just as good, but a whole lot cheaper at Captain D’s. This changed a bit recently. My parents were visiting and we ended up at the Woodbridge Red Lobster at lunch time. The lunch menu is pretty reasonably priced with entrees running $ 8 to $ 10. I ordered the fish sandwich and fries, and my wife had the fish tacos. My sandwich was tasty and well worth the $ 8. I had one of my wife’s three fish taco’s, and it was delicious. It had some sort of peppery mayo sauce on it that was great. I will definitely eat lunch at least at Red Lobster going forward. The service we received was fine, and nondescript. The restaurant was clean and the bathroom was well stocked.
