Quality Inn

Had to do a training next door to this location. That’s the only reason it gets a star… I inspected room for bugs thoroughly and glad I didn’t find any but still felt better sleeping with clothes on. I figured only here for one night but it was the longest night ever.
AC works but smells funny, jetted tub has a ring around it wifi sucks… front desk needs training on customer service.
Called the Marriott up the street and of course they were sold out. Damn… Bottom line don’t stay here…

Room key didnt work had to go get new keys 12 times in 2 days which of course they said was my fault they did not work the ac was broken in the room nothing was done to fix it and when they last key didnt work i was told oh well i guess i can find another room for you to sleep in then tomorrow you can go hang out somewhere after check out till i can get someone in to fix your door so you can get your stuff luckly i was able to get her to make me another key and after messing with it for 5 mins finally got in my room needless to say i will never go back there again

check in was schedule for 2pm, we were told our room might be ready by 3. they said we could go wait at McDonald’s across the street, when they have a waiting area? I asked for a bathroom «they don’t have one» we asked if we could change to a non smoking, received an attitude from Georgia at the front desk saying non were available. that’s fine but don’t need an attitude. a few other people came in and they were ignored by the woman behind the desk for at least 5 minutes. someone behind the desk said they hated concert days (were here to see a concert) I would not recommend anyone waste their time /​money or patience here. I want to blow my brains out and we haven’t even stepped foot in the room which in sure is disgusting

Good room for the cost. Restuarants nearby. Don’t waste your time on streaming anything online… buffering circle of death… every 90 secs.
