This was my first time renting a unit. Brittany called me the day of my reservation to see what time I would be there to make sure she was at the front desk when I arrived. She was there waiting for me when I arrived. She was very helpful and informative, gave me a few suggestions regarding items I was storing. Great experience.

Very Convenient We used this place when we were selling our house. We had a unit for about three months. Getting storage space is easy. You can reserve a unit online or in person. We went and talked to the dude. There are two dudes working there. They were both awesome, very helpful, friendly and eager to assist. The dude showed us what was available, and we reserved a spot. They have various sizes or units. One is about the size of a closet. The biggest is like 10×17 feet or something. It was pretty big. The unit we had was clean. It was dry. Even on rainy days, nothing got in. Access was easy and secure. They give you a code to open the gate, and you have your own lock for your unit. The only problem is that we noticed a few insects. After seeing these, Precious went in there and sprayed everything with bug spray. We didn’t have a problem after that. But just to let you know that you should protect your stuff and be on the lookout. We only saw a couple of insects. They weren’t cockroaches. I don’t know what they were. But it wasn’t a problem. If I ever need a storage space again, I’ll go back to this place.

The storage pricing is reasonable but what I especially like about this particular site is their customer service. I went in today to figure out how to access online payment since the online site states that if an account hadn’t been setup that I’d have to call customer service. Well customer service was closed since it was past 9 and the payment was due last night. I went in and explained this to Foster who works at this site and he said not to worry since they would waive the late payment fee. He even called his manager directly after I left so he could explain the situation and have it taken care off promptly. He also explained clearly what I needed to do to make an online payment. Great customer service makes this place a winner in my eyes!
