Excellent Service! Popes is a small family run business. I called after another company was unable to figure out why the heat wasn’t working. This hot water heater and HVAC system is very complex and when DJ arrived it took him a while to figure it out also. DJ is very knowledgeable and professional and diagnosed the problem. He ordered the parts and rescheduled to install them. Pope’s called me to confirm the appointment and arrived on time. Thank you Pope’s and DJ for providing outstanding service. I would not hesitate to call you again!

This is a company that stands by their product and maintenance. We dealt with Terry who was very knowledgable and persistent. We added on to an existing house and it turned out to be more complicated that we thought it would be, structurally. The house had it’s challenges. After problem solving, due diligence and sheer determination, Terry got everything running soundly and we are very appreciative. Great customer service from the lovely woman who answered the phone … to Terry who was wonderful.

¾/​14 8*inches of snow and 5 degrees, My tenants called me to say that the heat in my house went out and it was 50 degrees inside the house. I called a few companies and got voice mail But Popes Air put my through to their service manager Terry who got some info and scheduled the apt. The technician was JR who called me to tell me that the heater was working fine and the tenant had not changed the filters in a very long time which impeded the air flow and also the dampers were in a ½ shut position. I was very impressed because he could have told me that I needed a whole new system or a costly repair but as it turns out it was covered in their one price diagnostic.fee. I was so happy with the outcome that I ordered a maintenance contract so they will come by twice a year.
