I have used this office since it opened in the new shopping center and never had a negative experience until today. The employee, Paul wanted to wrap my package and I declined his offer. He continued to verbally pressure me with the statements, such as we won’t guarantee it if damaged. When I stated I’ll repackage it, he said it will cost you $ 5.00 to go home and redo it; he said, I can do it for $ 7. His demeanor from the beginning was rude and unprofessional. They have lost any future business with me.

Terrible customer service, assistant manager cannot fulfill a simple request. Tried to sell me on overpriced methods against my will. Also was threatened with acknowledging a refusal of shipping service she pushed on me.
Purposefully choose a huge box to incur additional cost bc of refusal to choose her preferred method. Have been shipping items across the US for years and have never been so disappointed with my service.
FedEx of Manassas on Liberia; has lost my service for good. UPS and USPS from now on.
P. s. the nickel and dimming on fees (fee required for someone to sign) are ridiculous.
