I hired Teressa and her team to «demo» 2 master closets and a kitchen pantry. Once that was completed they prepped and painted all 3 spaces and then I ordered my closets that Teressa designed. A few days later, closets were delivered and Teressa returned with her team to install them. All in all the process was executed very well and we are thrilled with the final product. In fact, we have now hired Teressa to return and do some additional work in our home.

Neil, from Closet Prep and Paint, came out to paint our sunroom. He was on-time, professional, and did a GREAT job! I’ve had bad experiences in the past with house painters, so I was nervous about hiring anyone. Since the ceilings were 12′, I didn’t want to tackle the job on my own. Thankful I gave them a shot! I am looking forward to hiring them for more painting and staining projects in the future. Thank you Teressa! You were wonderful to work with!

So apparently painting is not so easy. I’m really greatful for the expertise of this company. I have slapped some paint on walls before but this company realy made me aware of all the things that I wasn’t doing to make my walls look their best and all of the things that could go wrong. My husband and I bought a house built in the sixties and what ever paint they used then did not mesh well with the paint we were using. We were having our stairwell done and with every stoke of the new paint, the paint would just slide right back off the wall. It was a nightmare! Closet prep was able to asses what was going on and did every thing they could to fix the problem. Seriously stressful but It looks great now, thank God!

I am incredibly upset with this company and would absolutely not recommend them to anyone! My husband and I bought a Living Social deal, $ 90 for them to paint a 12×12 room. My first impression with them was not good, when I called to schedule the paint job they«recommended» up charges to everything(ranging from $ 50-$ 125 for each service). These up charges included: painting the inside of the window, filling nail holes, etc. When I declined such additional services I felt the receptionist was irritated that we would not be buying more than our deal. Our contract was sent to us just a few days prior to the paint job, although we called well before to schedule. When we received the contract the very first bullet point was in a large font, bold and in all caps stating«TIPSAREAPPRECIATEDONTHESEDEALSSINCEWEDISCOUNTTO70%OFFOURRETAILPRICE». They chose to offer the Living Social deal so I thought for the very first bullet point to say this was very distasteful let alone, unprofessional. As for the actual paint job: The painter asked me to fill out a review when he finished but did not suggest I look at the final job first. After seeing his work I understand why. There was the room color paint on the baseboard. When asked about it he tried to wipe it off which actually removed the baseboard paint completely. I started looking around them room and realized there were multiple spots like this. It was only was I addressed my concern did he say he would touch them up, if I had baseboard paint. The baseboard now looks spotty because they were not evenly painted. There were wet paint marks on the wall which looked textured from the roller, having painted before I knew that these should not look this way if they were going to dry evenly. I was assured by the painter that these would dry flat, alas, they did not. The room looks like an amateur painted it. This was a terrible, terrible experience. If the customer service was better I would have called and spoken with them directly however, since every interaction I have had with them has been negative/disappointing I am choosing to let others know to beware!
