For a national food chain with some recent bad press you would think managers would stress costumer service to their employees. This location suffers from some of the most disappointing service of any Chipotle I have been to. As other reviews pointed out the staff here do not seem to listen well or get confused with simple requests. What makes it worse are the eye rolls when you attempt to clarify your intended order. All this on a night with no line.
There are other dining options in the immediate area so managers, if you are paying attention, it would help to do a customer service refresher for your front line and cashier staff.

Went there cause my son wanted chipotle. I decide to get him a kids meal which was a joke little 3 sofle cups with out even cheese. Cashier goes if you want cheese that will be extra $$ !! 4.75 is cheap no doubt but no cheese for a kid ! That is the breaking point for me.

Okay Location, but last time I Went the steak was undercooked, which doesn’t go by with me, but maybe it’s because the where busy and they seemed under staffed.

Si, I’m a fan of Chipotle.
I guess you can say I’m something of a slow adopter of these fast food joints.
But you know… they have their place.
The fastest growing fast food franchise joint on the planet, right… and why is that you ask?
Well, they have fresh ingredients
You get lots of choices and served up fast to stay or to go… no drive-​thru.
Today I tired the barbacoa… and for those who are not bilingual that means barbecue or BBQ or whatever you choose.
You can add the cilantro-​lime rice, black beans, different type of salsa, lettuce cheese, sour cream. oh and don’t forget the guacamole… for a $ 2.05 up charge.
It’s got kind of an ‘industrial; feel to the interior and it’s laid out very straightforward for easy in and out… they even have a patio.
Despite the up charge on the quac… I’m a fan.

Go here for lunch all the time. The food is great and the line always moves fast. This place is always busy but there is a reason for that. I’ve only had a couple issues.
If you go when they first open the food isn’t as fresh. You can tell that they reheat foods that should not be reheated.
I placed an online order and they put the wrong things in it.
Other than these minor problems everything else is great.

This Chipotle is one of the best Chipotles I have been to in the Northern Virginia area! They are very fast on making your orders and the food is great. The line is usually minimal, which is surprising for Chipotles in Northern Virginia. The dining area and bathrooms are always clean. The issues I have with this place are:
1. When I come here with my family of five (sometimes six) we always have to split up. The large table in the corner is ALWAYS being used by a party of less than four, even when there are about 12 – 14 other tables not being used that are for parties of four. The least that Chipotle could do is place a flyer or a sign to say that the table is used for a party of five or more.
2. The men’s bathroom door is always jammed. It is hard to open and some people create a long line because they cannot get it open and think there is someone in there when there is no one.
3. The workers who fill your taco, salad, burrito, bowl don’t speak much English. If you at least know the meats and vegetables in Spanish you will be best buddies with them!
4. The tables and chairs outside don’t match. I personally believe this more of a corporate issue, but if it is not than it should be mentioned in this review. Right?
Other than these four issues this place is definitely one of the best in NoVA. I would recommend this place to anyone and would suggest to go here before you go to the one in Lake Ridge or the one in Woodbridge (off the Highway).

Everything is very good. Have orders ready this line moves fast. Burrito bols are great tacos too. Good is fresh and hot

So this used to be a good chipotle, lately the past 10 times or so that I’ve gone here the staff if unbelievably rude and they don’t listen. They’ve messed up my orders on several occasions and they don’t care. They charged me the wrong amount once too. I asked for extra lettuce (of all things) and literally got 5 pieces. I ask for peppers always and id say that out of 10 times I got peppers half the time (I’d place my order through the app sometimes too, but I’ve learned not to do that anymore). One thing I don’t understand is why would you guys not put what’s asked of you in the bowl?! We are paying customers. I think I have made up my mind to not ever return to this location.

The customer service is horrible. The worker told the cashier that I ordered guac, but I didn’t. They made a big deal over guac and wouldn’t take my word for it. I asked the worker not to open the lid to my bowl but she did. I was very upset for many reasons and I immediately called the manager. Even from the manager, customer service is not satisfactory.

It’s great when they’re not stingy on online orders. It’s better to order in person in my opinion so that you can ask them to add more. They take advantage of online orders and give you less… which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5

This Chipotle should spend more time on customer service. The staff seems very confuse about the food proportion. Everytime I visited this branch I will have to ask for a little bit more rice or steak. This is annoying. Also the taste of the food were different every time I visited. Steak are too tough to chew. Salsa is not sour enough. Sometimes the rice are too sticky. The one on Sudley road is much better I will say.

Sucks every time go here and ask for double rice the employees stare at me like I’m stupid or something and then typically give me the same amount. Do they not understand English?

Good salad there that fits a no grain approach. Love the chicken and they will add sour cream at no extra charge. Place is slow with being packed. I always know I have to wait in line but it is worth it. Going to watch for the carnival and see when it will be back. Like their salsa as well.

You can never go wrong with Chipotle! the food is always good and the service is usually great, they do a good job of tending to all the guests here and the place is always clean and a comfortable environment.

They could spend a little more time focusing on the customer and they seem to really skimp on some of the proportions, this is the only chipotle where i have to ask for a little more rice, or a little more chicken. I prefer the one on Sudley Rd.

I have been going to this location for a very long time. I’m usually satisfied with this restaurant. However, upon visiting this location recently my opinion has changed.
I first walked in mid afternoon, hours after the lunch rush, to a line. They were preparing customer’s orders one at a time. Then I was waited on a young employee that had NO work ethic. Portions were incorrect, drowning my food with spicy salsa, to the point it was unbearable. Then I watched her mishandle cooked meat on the line. Only to then be greated by a very distracted cashier. She ignored me for a minute with her back turned before ringing up my order.
I’ll certainly think twice about returning to this location. This location is clean, but customer service is awful!

This Chipotle was a bit of a disappointment. The staff making your orders seemed very confused about things and definitely didn’t know what to do when my boyfriend and I only ordered two barbacoa soft tacos instead of three. That’s totally fine though, however, the speck of meat that they threw in there left much to be desired — unless you enjoy what was mostly a sour cream/​cheese/​lettuce taco for half of it. I finally got to the barbacoa towards the end. Next time I’ll have to move things around with a fork.
Other than that it was ok. The staff does move pretty quickly like all other Chipotle chains, it was clean inside, and we enjoyed the outdoor seating. The place was loaded with local police and firefighters so that is always a good sign.

I have a pecking order for Mission-​style burrito chains in M-​town, and Chipotle is not at the top of that list … that honor belongs to California Tortilla. But since CT is all the way on the other side of town (Manassas is bigger than you think!) Chipotle is typically where I go to satisfy my craving for a burrito the size of a football.
I’m typically here on a weeknight around 8/​9ish and they always seem to have a line, but it always moves quickly. I’ve never had a problem with service here, and the quality of product has always been on point. I typically get either get double meat of barbacoa, carnitas, or a mix of both. The wife prefers the steak. And I noticed that they now offer brown rice, another plus for me.
The wife actually has Chipotle at the bottom of her big burrito food chain … she prefers Qdoba and agrees that CT is the king. But we both agree that this Chipotle delivers a quality consistent product, and have no problem throwing it into the dinner rotation on occasion. I just wish there was better access in and out of this location … you have to go into Wal-​Mart, head towards Applebees, and keep going back just to get here, even though Signal Hill Rd is right behind it.

I love chipotle the food is always amazing ! I think this Chipotle particular dos not give good portions of food, and when I ask for a little more they give me a rude look and add a small amount of the chicken, cheese, and guacamole I asked for. I’m paying like $ 2 for guacamole I should get more than a half a spoon full. My experiences at other Chipotles have been way better. No looks when asking for a little more and they give a big spoon full of guacamole :) so much I don’t even have to ask for more ! Rude staff and bad portions won’t be going to this location anymore.

I am beyond excited to know that Chipotle doesn’t have gluten in any of their food, except the flour tortillas! They don’t add anything un-​nessacary to their food, since my diet change, I find it odd how some places just add things to food that you would never expect, like flour to corn chips.
Upon arriving, I noticed handwritten signs all over the doors and walls that they were accepting cash only. On any other day, this would have been a problem since I NEVER have cash on me, but today I was in luck.
The line originally moved pretty quickly until I got up to the register to pay. The woman in front of me stopped and started speaking in Spanish to the cashier, and then to all the cooks in the back. This went on for about eight minutes. Now, I understand that this isn’t really Chipotles’ fault, but at some point the cashier should have taken control of the situation and suggested she move. I couldn’t tell you if what she was saying was food or personal related I just know I was annoyed standing there watching my food get cold.
My steak bowl with brown rice was amazing. Everything was cooked perfectly and the amounts were just right. I wish they still offered fresh limes on their beverage bar; I do enjoy a little citrus burst with my hot salsa!
