I had a tattoo on my neck. I wanted to join the military but couldn’t. I did my research on different laser treatment centers in the D.M.V area. Artisan laser in Manassas workout out perfect. I went in had a consultation, met with the doctor’s and set up an appointment. The treatments themselves are not easy but, Maria and Lauren help to make it as painless as possible. 7 treatments later there is no visible tattoo and I am on my way to the Airforce. Thank you so much Maria and Laura!!!

This place has provided excellent skin care services, laser hair removal and acne treatment. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and is helpful in providing customers with at home care tips. The prices are reasonable for the excellent and varied treatments offered. The appointment scheduler is great to work with also. Very appreciative this place exists in our area. Five stars!!! Definitely recommend to anyone in need of these treatments!

I had full Brazilian laser hair removal treatment «down there». You have to feel really comfortable with the people performing this type of service. I had 5 treatments and I am super happy about my results.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could because mrs Anoush Roberts was very unprofessional and did a horrible job on my Botox. I think the solution that she used was fake because I saw absolutely no result and this is something that I regularly do and I know what to expect. I was in and out of the room in 5 minutes she literally spent no time talking to me about the procedure. When I got into the room when she was supposed to inject me with the Botox, she made me really uncomfortable by the way she was talking to me, making me feel less than her. She was rushing and had a bad attitude. After that, I waited 2 weeks to see the results, I still saw no change! I spent money and time on this so I called them and she made no effort to fix the problem, she didn’t give my money back, and she didn’t even try to fix the problem, she wanted to charge me more Botox! She took no responsibility for her actions, she made me feel
horrible. She made me feel as if my presence there was a waste of her time. I’m in a business where I speak to a lot of people and they all have said that that they had the same experience with her. I highly discourage you to see her. But the staff at artisan have nothing to do with her Mrs Anoush Roberts only works over there once a month. She’s horrible.

I hate to be the first to give a poor review but I really need to share my brow experience. Maybe I went to a different lady than all the other Unilocalers because now I can’t even look at my brows in the mirror without cringing. Yes the lady who did my brows is experienced as the threading was almost painless (reason for two stars). However, I don’t think she is experienced in shaping because my eyebrows are uneven, thin and angled downwards. I look like an angry bird. I feel terrible now that I have to grow my brows back fully to fix this shape, which is going to take months. When I told her they were uneven, she said that’s what brow makeup is for. Thanks… I’ll be relying on brow powder for a while.

I normally go to Zapatat for my laser tattoo removal sessions, but figured I’d save a few bucks and buy a Groupon deal for this place. Worst idea ever. It ended up costing me more in the long run, and made my stupid tattoo look even more botched and crappy if that’s possible?
Anyway, I bought the deal for three sessions and only got to use two of those. Why? Because I was running literally 5 minutes late and have a courtesy call, to which they said I’d have to reschedule. I did so, and when I got to that appointment they told me that I had lost my first session simply because I rescheduled. Completely bogus. I understand to a point, but it’s not like I completely blew off the appointment!
Second, let me just point out that I worked in a laser skin care center in my teens and actually did consultations and teaching about the laser. So, while I’m not well-​versed in laser tattoo removal, I’m still not a fricking idiot. So I was pretty shocked when I was told that they keep the laser on the lowest setting no matter what… And that it would take over TEN sessions (at a rate of like $ 100+ per session) for my tiny tattoo to be removed. Don’t let them sell you that shit. The laser can be put at whatever setting is compatible with your skin tone and pain tolerance. Let me also point out that the tech didn’t even evaluate my skin tone/​Fitzgerald until after the laser was already on me. She also didn’t ask if I had a Neosporin or latex allergy until I was already neosporin’d and bandaged up! So completely unprofessional.
I asked a few questions after we were done, like can I exercise today? Can I take aspirin, etc? Should I stay away from alcohol or something? And the tech literally looked at me and said, I don’t know, google it.
This place is the worst for tattoo removal. The prices are completely ridiculous for the crap they’re peddling. Unprofessional swindlers who have no clue what they’re doing.

If you are African American do not waste your time to even go to a consultation. I already did my research for peels/​microdermabrasion for darker skin tones. The Aesthetician admitted she new nothing about microdermabrasion on African American skin, but said she doesn’t think I can do it.

Okay so I just had my third treatment with them. (I had 2 prior at a Plastic Surgeon’s Med Spa in LA)
The results are great here and by far the best I have experienced. I plan on buying another set of sessions. I finally feel like it is almost gone! Maybe 2+ treatments will be needed. It is almost as if my skin is shedding it off!
I have never seen results this good after each treatment. You can see a difference, no scarring, no real pain and it heals nicely every time!
Give them a shot! No pun intended.
I am considering seeing them for other procedures once my tattoo is gone.

So far it’s been great… I have been away for sometime due to financial restrictions but Artisan is affordable. The staff are down to earth, the lobby is very calming — magazines laid out, coffee or tea available. I have so far completed three treatments so far, the tat seems to be fuzzy looking. Staying optimistic! I was told the green ink would be slightly harder to remove but shockingly, I noticed the green disappearing much faster than the other colors.
Will come back and share my experience after maybe 6 treatments?
