This is one of the best 5 guys around. The other reviews are really old. The burgers are really juicy, delicious and cooked to perfection. The staff is super friendly and it’s pretty clean. I was actually thinking of where to eat for dinner now I think I’ll go back.

Great burgers at a reasonable cost. My go to burger place and the fries are great. The staff is very friendly, service is great and the dining area is very clean.

Although im a huge fan of five guys and there previous staff, there new staff sucks i call in orders on my break as well as on my way home from work. Latley the call in service has sucked. They either dont answer the phone, answer and hang up, or put you on hold forever. Today i called in on 9⁄18 and i was asked to hold. I work 25 minutes away and the entire way there i was on hold. At one point i even hung up and called back. He picked up and hung up. In the backround i could hear him taking order after order. Even some pauses in between where he couldve taken my call. It was very rude. I nor anyone else would be calling in an order if they had the time to wait on the phone twenty minutes not to mention yhe next 20 mins to cook it. Ive been a regular for years but i will not be returning.

Simple menu(burgers, fries, hotdogs), simple décor but perfect for a quick bite to eat with no fuss. Service has always been friendly and the food always good. Love the fresh cut fries! Plenty of parking in the lot!

My wife called in an order for burgers and fries early enough for the order to be done when I arrived. When they figured out whose order I was picking up it seems the burgers were done but the fries were not. When I asked why, I was told it is the policy not to cook the fries until the patron arrives, so they can be at their peak, unless the caller instructs them otherwise. When I asked if that option is offered to callers I was told it is policy not to do so. The burgers and fries were good, but not good enough to compensate for that bit of idiocy. If you enjoy waiting at a dirty formica table in a place decorated by sacks of potatoes, and cartons of oil, then you will love it.

Five Guys rocks! If you’re looking for conflict-free, holistically raised pea berry sprout toppings, bread-of-the-day buns, or exotic toppings, you’re out if luck. Five Guys deliberately has a limited menu, and executes it flawlessly. Tasty burgers, fantastically fresh fries, dogs, and sodas. That’s it — and sometimes, that’s all ya need!

Five Guys is not a real popular place here in Central New Jersey. I went there at lunch time on Sunday and there was one other family there. Once I saw the bill I understood why. The Bacon Burger was $ 6.99 and Large Fries was over $ 5…my kids each had 2 Hot Dogs that cost over $ 7 per kid. No drinks or fries are included and the Hot dogs are just small Hebrew Nationals that are cut in half and grilled. Nothing Special and they don’t even offer sauerkraut. The hamburgers are very greasy and taste more like meatballs than hamburgers. This grease-fest for a family of 5 was about $ 50. The same meals at McDonalds would have been about $ 20 and would have been healthier(we are talking heavy duty grease at 5 Guys). I truly don’t know how they stay in business.

Like Seth M said, it isn’t the best burger you’ll ever have, but for what it is, it’s pretty damn good! First of all, one of my rules for a good burger is it should be fairly thick. This way you can get the proper level of medium rareness, and have a fairly juicy burger. These are NOT thick patties but they somehow manage to get a pretty good taste out of them! Pick all the toppings you like here and the fries are good too! A small order can easily feed 2 people so be warned. While they cook the burgers fresh to order, I will still consider this a fast food joint. That said, it is probably the best fast food burger you can get. There are free peanuts while you wait! Here is a little tip. Let’s say you are with a group and ordering 5 burgers. When you get your order, there will be numbers on the burgers. The sequence you ordered your food is the number on the burger. So if you have 5 burgers with different toppings, the person the ordered his first will be burger #1. Otherwise you’ll be tearing open every burger trying to figure out which one belongs to whom.

Good Burger. Little bit pricey. Bad venue(behind the new Chase Bank Branch). Not too crowded. Would go back. The fries portion is very generous.
