A&P is closing. The property owner plans on building condos on the site so there will be no supermarket in Mamaroneck! UGH. I didn’t love A&P but at least it was close.

I was standing on the customer service line and was not being acknowledged. So I say «hello, I am a customer, can I be helped?» Then this man says to me «Watch out for Pick Pocketers» I said” Thanks for the 411, buuuuddy!” I get the hell out of this dump hole asap!!! No wonder all the path marks/A&P’s are closing down… what a disgrace!!!

The last time I went to this supermarket (a long time ago, now), a crazy employee who I’d never seen before (short-​ish, stocky, tan skinned man) chased me and threatened me physically. I’d _​never_​had this happen to me in any store (or anywhere at all). The manager gave him a mild reprimand, but the police should have been called. If anyone has had this experience here with this person, I urge you to speak out. I’m pretty sure he’ll do this again with someone else, sooner or later.
