I’ve only ever ordered delivery from VIP because it’s so close to where I work, but they get our order wrong every time (ordering by phone). Seriously… every single time. That said, the food is good, I just wish there were an option to fax in or order online so maybe we could get the correct stuff.

Gets pretty busy during lunch time so come a bit before 12.
Debated about a slice of pizza or Italian hoagie. Hoagie won. It was good overall but nothing that said ‘great’. The size of it was nice though.

I love this place.
We order it at work all thw time.
The menu is extensive and everything I’ve gotten so fat has been delicious. Especially going in and grabbing a quick slice. Stuffed buffalo chicken or honey mustard chicken are my favorite so far.
The cheese steaks are great as well. I’m not sure what the negative reviewers were looking for when they went here but the food is great and the service is quick!

Disordered. Ordered a slice of pizza and it took forever to get it. They must have forgotten about it in all the chaos. People who ordered after me received their order before I did. Didn’t even apologize about the unnecessary long wait.

Placing an order with them was an absolute nightmare. After a frustrating 10 minutes on the phone giving them my information, they called back 4 times — 4! I appreciate them wanting to get their order to me, but in all honestly after the 2nd call I should have canceled the order and called somewhere else. Oh, and the pizza was luke warm when it got here and they still didn’t have the right card number.
2 stars because I like their fries.

The food was really good (especially the wings)… I used to work at a pizzeria and Grande cheese is the absolute best (though it tastes like they blend it). I have 4 stars because the restaurant didn’t seem as clean as it should have.

It looks like a pretty cheap pizza place, with ample seating for a very large group. They kept the front doors wide open so everyone could enjoy the nice day outside :)
The pizza was great, and the toppings were imaginative. I had a taco pizza (delish!) and the other cool ones at my table were stuffed buff chic, stuffed italian, stuffed cheesesteak, hawaiian w/​bacon, and honey mustard. The slices are very large, and very cheap, so it works great for lunch!

While I like the intimacy of VIP’s location in a shopping center not easily seen from the main road, part of me wishes more people could know about it because they’ve got a really solid product. Their cheese is the strongest part of their pizza, and everything else is pretty good too. Additionally, it reheats very well. Would eat again for sure.

This place has been under new management for quite some time, as of the writing of this review. Service and quality of food has vastly improved. The staff is really friendly!!!
The pizza is definitely the best I have had in the area. They have a great variety of unique pies (buffalo chicken, honey mustard chicken, BBQ chicken, chicken bacon ranch, pepperoni, cheese steak, broccoli tomato garlic). Their stuffed slices (usually available in buffalo chicken or cheese steak varieties) are absolutely HUGE and a great value. Chicken finger platters with fries are also great.
I work in the area and am overall disappointed with the selection of places to grab a quick lunch during the day. This place is definitely at the top of my list.
One critique I can offer is that the pizza is WAY too greasy. Still delicious though.

Well its good to see the new management improved the quality of the product and customer service. Otherwise, I would not be writing this review.
If you’re looking for a decent slice of pizza you can find it here. Just your basic neopolitan style nothing to rave home about and the cost won’t be a surprise either. I can’t comment on thier other offerrings as I have never tried them. If you are in a hurry you shouldn’t go wrong with this place.

A spin on Unilocal looking for a quick cheap lunch landed me here. Based on past reviews I gave them a shot based on the fact that they were under new management. Figured I’d try to form my own opinion.
I liked the slice selection. I gave the stuffed buffalo chicken pizza a shot. I was pleasantly surprised. The slice was $ 4.50 but it was huge, had more than enough chicken, and just the right amount of hot sauce.
Sampled the chicken fingers too and found them to be a notch above what you usually get at these places. I like their style.
I’d say their food is 3 ½ stars. It’s a pretty big but basic selection. But I bump them up due to coming in with basic expectations and getting something better than I expected. I’d say the new management has improved this place.

It makes all the difference. The food at VIP PIZZA was great and it continues to be GREAT. And now you get service with a smile. The ANGRY guy is GONE! And the new owners will greet you with a smile and thank you for your business… all while providing great food. What more could I ask for? You will not regret trying this estabishment again. I recommend it!

They have a great chicken finger platter with fries for $ 5. I highly recommend it. Tried there burger and it was good. The menu makes it sound huge but I would say its not larger then your average burger. It was good though. Under new management the restaurant should flourish.

I ate here once and that is enough for many many lifetimes. I believe I would rather go hungry than to eat here again.
When I entered — there were no other customers — at the end if the meal I understood why.
I ordered the hamburger (where’s the beef?) which was very expensive and served semi — cold and it came out of a box. The man STRESSED that their were no refills on the soda.
Everytime I approached the soda machine (for a napkin — soda straw etc) the same man behind the counter STRONGLY reminded me that no free refills — he guarded that soda machine like a mama lion guarding a cub.
To add to the ambiance — two of the workers were screaming at each other. Their fight lasted about 20 minutes.
Personally, I can not believe this place is still in business.

Again if i could give zero stars I would. We ordered from this place for work and it was terrible. The people there are rude, and the staff is awful. I would drive a little distance in any direction and get much better pizza. This place is terrible, bad food also!
