I do not know how I recently made my first visit to this store. The selection here is great, the girls are so sweet and very helpful. From the moment I walked in I felt so comfortable with so much help surrounding me, they are not pushy sales girls. I felt like I was having a shopping day with my girl friends. Beeauitful clothing and beautiful staff! Will return here regularly!!!

I love coming here. Mallory is amazing, the other girls have always been very friendly as well but Mallory is who I buy everything through and have spent the most time with. They always have really great basic tees and pants. I especially love their jewelry. You can’t go wrong here!

One of my favorite places when I come to Malibu. Super easy to find something to buy. Easy, refined casual. Great buyer!

One of my fave shops at the Mart. The girls that work there aren’t really approachable but once you start to talk to them, they are nice. Great selection of shoes… always! Good selection of clothing. It’s sort of small in here so you have to really look. Worth it.
Also…they give you a «rebate» that you can use the next month. I got $ 56 back on my $ 515 shoe purchase. It’s like you get your tax back and that’s cool.

i hate to break it to you, blonde salesperson girl whose nose so is high up in the air her head may tip over, you’re SELLING– im BUYING. if you want people to buy, get off your high horse and act like you give a fuck about the customer.
they have great clothes here but there are two girls/​women here that are consistently, ever unfaltering in their bitch attitude. If i was the manager of this store I would truly have them fired. It is the experience with them that keeps me from going to this store less than I would like to. skip this place and go to intermix or planet blue in the same area. they are much nicer in those places.

I don’t get the girls who work at this store…
why do they act like gods gift and so rude to their customers when we are the ones spending money at the store?
Popped in to try on some shoes. The less than enthusiastic associate got me some shoes and just walked away — thanks, blondie.
Then another associate came over to find a size that the first girl couldn’t find — this 2^nd associate was just so rude.
Not sure of her name but she was in a pink dress with butterfly tattoos all over her back and she just walked around so incredibly rude to everyone! Her attitude and tone of voice are just disgusting.
The store itself is whatever.
The experience is ruined by the mean blonde with the tattoos and pink dress…
Madison on Melrose, however … amazing.
It’s like night & day. The two locations might as well not even be associated under the same name because the Melrose store is really a pleasure…
Madison Malibu — spare yourself the rudeness and uncomfortable shopping space. Mostly, just spare yourself the rudeness.

Cute Clothes but not too big of a selection.
I love their selection of shoes. I just purchased Golden Goose boots from them and I am in love.
This location is better than the Beverly Hills. Way more relaxed and you don’t feel so rushed.

Madison in Malibu is great. I like it better than the Beverly HIlls location and I love the relaxed energy. The girls are great and so are the clothes and shoes.
You can go in there and take your time, all sandy from the beach and no one rushes you.
Pricey, yes, but just like Planet Blue, worth it. Great, Great clothes and designers.
Another great bonus is NOBU is a few doors down.

Now here’s a Madison I can get behind. It’s a little different from the others in that it’s smaller and definitely more expensive… the difference between a $ 350 Phillip Lim dress and $ 700 Marni cargoes, basically. But the Country Mart is fun to hang out with, this particular Madison is easy to take and well-​edited, and the staff is nice. You’ll find something cute here if you’re willing to pay up.

I always want to hate Madison, but they have whatever I am not even looking for that I JUST HAVE TO FUCKING HAVE. Everytime I go in there I hope one of the sales people is rude to me so I can go apeshit, but they never are – turns out they are almost genuinely nice. Go figure.
