This company wasn’t the first one I had come out to help solve my raccoon problem. It was the last one, and now I wish it had been the first one I called — because they actually took care of it, where the other companies failed. Faced with a deadline to evict the raccoons, because I had an impending sale of my home, I was very pleased that they were quick and effective at doing the job. The technician, Sam, was amiable and knowledgeable and someone who clearly took care to protect both my property and respect for the animals. To my surprise, they don’t actually have to handle the animals in any cruel fashion to get them to move out. That was a plus! The only downside of working with this company is not doing repeat business, their solution is that good… therefore I’m happy to refer them new business.
