Ding Dong Deli

This place has never gotten my order right and for some reason every time they change ownership my family goes right back and expect something better, when in actuality nothing has changed. The current owners are rude and unworthy of any business, due to the lack of any compensation or reparations after constant lack of diligence.
The kicker here is these people just don’t listen. When I tried to call in to report how they had all but killed my appetite by smothering my sandwich in condiments, they have no respect. They are not willing to accept that they were in the wrong, and they were not able to treat me like an actual human being at all. They seem to think as long as they ignore the current customer and work on the next one that they will eventually get it right when in all actuality this sandwich shop is one in the long line of the Mahopac «used to be» list.

And this is why I don’t stray from my places to get a bacon egg and cheese but I figured it’s pretty hard to make a bad one. Well, I figured wrong and they figured out how to make a bad one…

Everything here ive had is good. recommend coming here as its nice and a great breakfest spot with a nice regular crowd.

Unbelievably great staff. I walked out and left my wallet on the counter. After I lost my mind going everywhere else I was that day I found out they actually brought my wallet to my house. I was so happy to get my wallet back I wanted to give them all of the money in it but they wouldn’t take a dime. They have a great variety of great fresh food. I like their breakfast and they have a great Ruben sandwich. Aces all the way.

Iv only gotten breakfast from this deli a couple of times. They have fast service and offer a variety of breakfast sandwhiches. I ordered something name the destroyer or the demolisher which is a bec with homefries on the sandwhich. What this sandwhich does do successfully is demolish or destroy the rest of your day. Each time ive eaten this death sandwhich ive had to immediately run to the bathroom and stay there. If you dont have anything to do with your day and want to sit around, get a demolisher.

Great customer service and a great family deli. Good quality food with great breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich is amazing!
