Pigtails & Crewcuts Haircuts for Kids

I took my 3 year old daughter in for a trim all around and bangs. First of all, when we walked in there was nobody to assist us and we waited like 5 minutes for some lady (did not get her name) to walk out from the back with her child on her hip! Well she proceeds to tell me to sign in and then she put her child down who was crying and in my opinion that is not very professional.
Now to the hair cut; the bangs were so crooked and she only took like a snip of the back that was not what I asked her. Not to mention while she was cutting my daughters hair, her child was pulling at her leg and wining the whole time. What a horrible experience.
Not worth the $ 18.99.

Pros: very clean, friendly ladies who took their time and didn’t rush…, great for kids, movies, train table, etc. great haircuts. Many things nearby (chick fil a, target, tJ Maxx, etc.).
Cons: $$$ for kids cuts– $ 19. That plus no reservations — so I have to get all 3 kids out of their car seats, sign in and then go do errands then come back for the haircuts. If I could make a reservation over the phone, 5 stars despite price.
We will be back.

We took our son here to get his first haircut. They did a great job — they were super patient and made sure they were cutting just the right amount of hair off.
Very clean and kid friendly — the waiting area is awesome. Prices are OK ($ 18) for a cut but they are worth it. Will definitely be back for more haircuts!

Just left this place after a terrible experience. We usually take my son here and have a great time with Myra cutting his hair. She was not here today and we instead had another lady (i didn’t catch her name) and she was extremely rude. I’ve never seen someone who obviously hated her job as much as she did. Customers would ask her opinion on hairstyles and I could hear her say, «I don’t know. Tell me how you want it and I’ll do it».
Rude.
I waited behind three other people (which was fine) and then it was my turn and they called a person who had just walked in. When I told them that i was here before that person, the rude lady told me that people sometimes sign in and leave then come back. When I looked at the list of these people who had signed in and could walk back in at any moment and jump me in line, the list was 10 people long! If I would’ve known there were 15 people ahead of me, I wouldn’t have sat there and waited. Basically I waited 45 minutes and left angry.
If you go here, ask if Myra is working. If not and its the other lady, walk right out.

Clean and kid friendly place. There’s a lounge for other kids to wait. They have cute chairs for the kids to sit in too!
I believe they have party packages too… Definitely will come back when my daughter needs another cut!

I was nervous about getting my daughters first hair cut, but Jennifer was awesome. Great atmosphere with cool kids chairs, waiting area fit for families with other children. Reasonable prices… They do a first haircut package where they save a snipet of hair, print a picture and cut and style your child’s hair. Will definitely come back for future hair cuts! Also willing to try their other services too like nail painting, up do, etc.
