I wish I could score this place in the negatives as I never thought I would have this bad of retail experience ever as this ranks as the worse. I showed up at 8:30 for a possible patch and oil change and was told it would take between 1 – 1:30 to get it done which seemed long with only acouple of people in there but I needed a hair cut and go to the Home Depot. Waited 1:30 and finally my car got moved to the back which I thought only 30 min since not a lot to do. After 1 hr I asked them how long and they replied another hour. By now I’m starting to get up set and ask them what is left and they still have not gotten to it. It has been 3 hours and still have not started and then they offered my 5 dollars off to wait another 1.5 hrs which I don’t know if anything would have gotten done. I have managed retail for 15 years and Tyler needs to figure out a different career because what he is running is a disgrace to any store manager out there. I normally don’t so harsh reviews but hearing from others that have been to this location I hope others go some where else.

Ehhhh. The guy at the front was very nice… But this whole place seems very slow, and disorganized. I came in at 8am this morning for an oil change, and it’s now 11:10 and they just said they are waiting on a simple oil filter from napa. Wth? It’s almost 3.5 hours later and you don’t have an oil filter for a subaru? Seems inexperienced, disorganized… Will never come here or any other ntb location ever again. 11:30 it was done after I had to complain. Guy got the car out but I’m pretty sure all the services weren’t done on it. 3.5 hours for an oil change and you didn’t even know you didn’t have the filter? Get the heck outta here. Furious!

Do not under any circumstances go here. I gave them the exact type of tire and they installed one same size, speed rating, but with a lower load index not recommended by the Manufacturer or even listed as acceptable by NTB website. I called them immediately, not knowing the importance of Load Index. They said I had to bring them where Volvo said it would void my warranty, refused to even consider that it was not what I asked for, I am going to have to get attorney.

I actually just dealt with Tyler at NTB… had a slow leak, turned out to be a razor blade which can not always be patched vs a nail inside the tread. Long story short, they told me it would be 2 ½ hours and it ended up being 45 minutes and they patched it for free. No attempt to up sell a new set a tires, no attempt to merely replace that tire. Very satisfied. They have earned future business from me.

Filed a complaint with the BBB. Nobody from NTB contacted me. I noticed that Tyler remarked on the BBB website that he called me and apologized. He never called me. Not once. Nobody has. I called them. All they did was tell me they did not have time for this and hung up. He also stated that he told me my radiator was leaking and offered to fix my radiator for $ 59.99. He said I refused this offer. I filed a complaint with corporate. Nobody contacted me. Filed a claim with the BBB. NTB never contacted me. Tyler S. lied about contacting me and apologizing to me. Lied about talking to me and telling me I had a leak in my radiator. Tyler lied. I never met him! I don’t have a leak in my radiator. He lied because the radiator was never looked at at all. None of my fluids were topped off. That is how the low level of radiator fluid was entirely missed and caused my engine to overheat. I told everyone that my engine was running hot. NOBODY even looked at my radiator fluid! They even took it for a test drive! Had NO idea why my engine was running hot. THERADIATOR fluid was empty!!! Do you guys not know what causes an engine to get hot??? I do now. My husband noticed it when I got home. Also noticed that NONE of the fluids got topped off. I paid to have that service done. They also suggested I had other work done, which I gladly let them do. Why would I refuse a $ 59.99 service to have my radiator looked at? Because it was never offered. Tyler S. lied. I would’ve gladly paid to have that done! I noticed on the BBB website that they offered me a full refund. I called them and spoke with Tyler. I asked him why he lied. He said, «I don’t have time for this. Let’s just get past this. Come in and get your money back. I would appreciate it if you would take down the negative reviews and post positive ones now. You got what you wanted!»

These guys have always done me right. It is hard to find any automotive place that is not full of rip-offs, but this has always been a great experience.
