I just had Mark from Logo Electrical install a lighting kit for my ceiling fan. He did a nice job. My ceiling fan now has lights. He was prompt courteous and competent. Logo is now on my go to list.

I didn’t actually have work done by this company. I called them on a Wednesday morning about an overheated switch, they said they would check the schedule and get back to me. No call Wednesday. No call Thursday. I tried to call at 4:55 pm, but the office was closed. No call Friday so I called. They could come at 8:00 Monday morning. I asked for a later time, but there was no flexibility. When I asked why they didn’t call back, they said they had no one to do the scheduling. I thought this was unprofessional, so I located another company and cancelled my appointment with this one. They may do fine work, but I also want professional treatment.

Mark came out today on short notice and found a faulty plug that was causing our lights to be out in two rooms. He was fast and efficient, he even dealt with our home warranty company so that we would be reimbursed for the covered service. Happy with the service they provided. And I don’t have to worry that my wiring is faulty and will cause a fire.

This is the second time I have used this company. Patrick Beacom is the electrician you should request. Our townhome has had several tripped circuits due to all the power surges in the area. Patrick installed a whole home surge protector today. It’s got a great warranty, including 5 years for Logo’s work. He also tightened up connections at the control panel.
