Burger King

Holy cow — I have never had such poor service at a Burger King. Being ignored, hearing excuses, gruff talk, etc. I will never come back here.

Drove up and saw an employee standing near the front door holding hands with his girlfriend and smoking.
Got inside, nobody in line to order and waiting for someone to take order and the guy walks in and goes back to the kitchen and messes with a hamburger wrapper. Then bare handed grabs 2 pieces of cheese and puts them on a burger.
The manager takes my order and I say, your employee is standing by the door smoking and comes in and does not wash his hands and starts cooking. The manager did not seem overly concerned but said I will talk to him.
Little while later he puts the clear hand covers on and makes other food.
They need managers that make the low life’s working there either tow the line or get back in the welfare line.

Didn’t feel like cooking dinner so my family and I went through drive through. Got a rude order taker, whatever… no one had customer service anymore so it’s to be expected Sadly. Had to pull around front to wait for our order which is also standard for burger king, why actually make your drive through time if you can just have them park and wait instead? Waited about 10 minutes for 4meals and some desserts. Got home to find they forgot two desserts so I had to drive back. Got the same rude employee who handed me my order, but when I checked it was only one of the two desserts I was missing, cue me rolling back through the drive to get the other dessert. By the time I got home my food was cold and not even enjoyable and they gave me half ass chicken fries. Thanks burger king, you definitely gave it to me my way -.-
