The store is very small and they never seem to have the things I need. Their products are unorganized, and when you ask for help to find something, the employees don’t even know where to look.
Most of the employees are rude. They glare at you when you smile at them. When you say hello, they either ignore you or they mumble something incoherent back at you. I ask for help and they act like they can’t understand me.
Now I’m not saying every employee acts this way, but most of them do. I dread having to go to the Madras Bi-Mart. I’d sooner wait and go to Redmond.
