The chicken could be better quality and our salsa verde was watery but for the price we had good value. Chicken burrito was huge and filling. Me and my husband split it !

This place is great. I had it for dinner one night and liked it so much I ventured onto 72 during the lunch time rush to eat there again the next day. I’ve only tried the #1(4 tacos) so far, but they’re fantastic. Served traditional(cilantro and onions) with some pickeled carrots and jalapeños, both a red sauce and green tomatillo, and a slice of lime. Definitely some of the best I’ve ever had and more than worth the $ 5 I paid for them. I will be definitely returning to try some of their other dishes. Can’ t wait!

Love the food truck and my family and I are glad that we don’t have to drive to Memorial Pkwy south to get authentic Mexican food! The Carne Asada burrito is the best around and priced perfectly. Asada tacos for the kids and the Asada quesadilla is amazing. Stop wasting your money at commercialized sit down restaurants. El Cazador is authentic and the pickled spicy carrots are tasty enough to fight over!

My husband and I regularly stop by to pick up tacos on the way home from work. They are by far our favorite Mexican place to eat. Hubs gets the pastor and cabeza tacos and I get the cabeza and lengua tacos. Occasionally we get some tamales to have for lunch the next day. We keep trying to get other items, but our standard orders are so good we can’t seem to deviate from them! We love the succulent meats, the crispy, spicy pickles, and the lively sauces. The folks who run the one in Madison are always kind and efficient. What more could you ask? Any of the«taco trucks» from El Cazadore have been fantastic and we were introduced to their wonderful tacos via their Governors Drive location. So far the Madison location is as good albeit with a slightly less enticing location. The backside of the Mapco just isn’t that stunning. But hey, the food is fabulous so I’d go pretty much anywhere for it! Go, try it if you already aren’t a fan!(And pardon if I don’t spell the menu items correctly… I have enough trouble with English!)

Everything I’ve had here has been delicious! The pollo asado is the best bang for the buck imo. Prices are very reasonable and the staff has always been helpful and competent. Mulitas come with fresh avocado, yum! The pastor is just the right amount of spicy. I’d like to try each menu item eventually(maybe not every type of meat, though!). A menu choice I’d love to see is grilled veggies, and I really do wish they’d switch to sturdy paper products instead of Styrofoam for the environment :-) Hours are currently10−10.

The food is outstanding, far better than any other Mexican in the area that I’ve tried, but unfortunately it isn’t good enough to justify going back after the way my wife and I were treated by the staff on more than one occasion. They were extremely rude and unprofessional(we witnessed other customers being treated similarly), and we won’t be returning as a result.

Still killing it in west Madison. Do try. I think their prices went up a tad but who is counting. There were at least six vehicles there around 63o. Support these folks or we may lose the delicious spicy pork tacos that jumped in my belly.
