I go to Suburban for my kid’s shoes. Their selection is ok but there have been several times when they don’t have a size. I don’t think I’ve ever seen an adult shopping there for themselves. The adult shoes looked so dated that I would never even take a closer look.
They should eliminate adult shoes and focus solely on babies, toddlers, young and older kids. Have every shoe a parent could ever want. Carry some athletic shoes. Carry lots of sizes, etc. Offer me 3 options of white sandals, instead of maybe one then none because you don’t have my size. Get some princess shoes, follow what little kids want.
Adults go to the mall and buy shoes. They don’t go to local shops. There is 1 option that I know of at Short Hills mall to buy kids shoes: Nordstom. A quality kids only shoe store is so needed in the area.
