I’ve had my engagement ring for just over a year now, I received it in December 2013. Within 3 months of having my ring, I had to take it into the store to be fixed because a diamond had fallen out THREETIMES. The third time I was assured that each prong would be inspected and that it would not happen again. About a month ago, another diamond fell out and now a fifth diamond has fallen out, so my ring is missing two diamonds at this time. I now live in Texas and am not able to bring my ring into a store to send it to get fixed. I tried both phone numbers on the main website to talk to someone about getting it sent in and got no help from either person that I spoke to. I am extremely unhappy that one: my over $ 4,000 engagement ring has lost diamonds five times in one year, and two: that I received no help when calling either contact number on this website. At this point, I regret getting my ring from Rogers and Hollands and would return it if I could so that I don’t have to deal with this anymore.

We went into this Rogers and Hollands to get my ring cleaned and the manager Larry inspected my ring and told me I had a loose diamond which I have gotten my ring cleaned several times at different stores and no one told me! Larry the manager was very helpful as to where I could send ring to get it fixed. He gave us a great deal on a wedding band for my ring and even threw in a pearl bracelet for me:) I mean what girl doesn’t love pearls and diamonds! If you are looking for a engagement ring or thinking about getting another band Id recommend talking with Larry he was very helpful and I would definitely take my ring to him if Im ever in town again. The ring and bracelet were a lovely three year anniversary present :)!
