I came to Rogers & Hollands to get my engagement ring cleaned with fiancé this past weekend. We weren’t sure if they would do it since he bought my ring from the Rogers and Hollands store in Rockford, Illinois. Well, we were wrong! Sandy, our associate, was so nice and comforting. She gave us a run down of basic ring upkeep and even told us how to clean my ring myself.
Sandy also made sure to give us a general timeline of picking out wedding bands, which we also plan on buying from them!

I scoured the Internet for high-​quality, reasonable jewelry for my bridesmaids, and had no luck whatsoever. My sister recommended Rogers and Hollands to me. I am out of town, so I worked very closely with a fabulous employee via email. Erin, at the East Towne Mall store, sent me several gorgeous pieces within hours of my description of what I was looking for. She ordered them shortly thereafter to have them in time for my wedding. Erin also spent some of her own time finding a backup set for me that was similar to my first choice, just in case it wasn’t there in time. I was more than thrilled with the customer service I received, and the jewelry was gorgeous. My bridesmaids loved it! I will do business at this location again.
