Great place to make a big decision. Lucy was laid back and helpful which are great qualities in a sales person in my opinion. We brought our four children under 6 years old and she was very friendly about all the energy our family brings to an environment. I definitely recommend the store!

I just purchased a queen mattress set at Mattress Firm. I must say that the customer service was great. Both sales people assisted me while I was in the store, Lucy and Scotty. They weren’t pushy and didn’t drive me towards the most expensive. They just help steer me to find what was the most comfortable mattress for me. I felt that I paid a fair price and I am scheduled for the delivery this coming week. Nice shopping experience. I would recommend them.

My boyfriend and I suddenly needed a new mattress. Luckily it was around the same time that a groupon became available for mattress firm. Spend $ 50 get $ 200 off at the store. Sweet. We’ve slept on a variety of mattresses over the last two years, so we know what we like. Even though I have my chronic neck pain managed, I didn’t want to go cheapy and risk more issues, so we knew we had some decision making ahead of us. Mattress firm color codes all their stuff so it’s easy to know what mattresses are firm, soft etc. After we established that we prefer firm, we spent a while just lying around on different priced options. We ended up liking a floor model that was on sale %50 off. We ended up (with delivery) getting a $ 1400 mattress for something like $ 650. I know, you’re thinking ‘ew who the hell has been lying on that mattress before y’all’…but that’s nothing baking soda and some essential oils, plus a damn fine mattress protector won’t remedy. The woman who helped us pick our mattress out was very nice and so were the delivery guys, who came 5 minutes early by the way. Yay!

I have purchased many mattresses from here through the years, but I’ve never experienced service like what I received a few weeks ago from store manager, Craig. This guy is a mattress genius. Watching him work with more than two customers at a time was magical. As someone in sales, I’m usually turned off by «my own.» This guy needs to be teaching others how to do it.
Above that, the prices are great, the location is easy to get in and out of and most things can be delivered within 24 hours.
