Went in today and had a nice chat with the owner. Clearly knows his stuff and has been in the business for a while. Fair prices, extremely knowledgable and lots to look at. Definitely going back next time I’m in the area!

I am a returning customer (not anymore) of Jim’s. I walked in and said a cheery «how’s it goin’ brother» and the employee named Don said «I’m not your brother, we don’t do that around here» I was stunned. I’m the customer, am I not? Love Jim’s but Don gives horrible customer service. He has a ponytail. Never coming back here and I will sell my gold and coins elsewhere.
