Spacious apartments with a lot of storage and closet space. A bit overpriced considering how old the buildings are and the rent increases significantly upon each renewal. They rip you off when you leave. They charge you more than your security deposit for regular maintenance and getting the apartment ready for the next tenant. Also, if you have to leave early don’t ask them to sublease and advertise the apartment for you. They will charge you $ 350 and $ 10 per showing. Either advertise the apartment yourself or leave. They have a legal obligation to rent your place upon your departure anyways. Overall doing business with them is peaceful until you leave. They will rip you off then and they lie through their teeth.

I have so many great things to say about High Point Commons. The people in the front office, Kallie and Kristina, are so pleasant and professional, and the units themselves are spacious and clean. For less than $ 1000 a month I was getting a very big 2 bedroom with a large garage– big enough so that i could have easily fit my mid-sized buick century in there along with a couple of motorcycles or a work area had i needed to. I’m sure they have other one bedroom options as well, when I moved here that was the only unit available so I grabbed it. It was quiet and safe, and the people I lived near were friendly. A nice walk to west towne mall, best buy, barnes and noble, fast food, dollar tree, and a suuuper short drive(or could be walked on a nice day) to wal-mart and sams club and other shopping. Washer, dryer in my unit, fully equipped kitchen, heat, a/c, everything worked great. There was one time we had the water heater go out but it was back working again within the day after just one phone call. Definitely the best place I’ve ever had the pleasure of living, easily the best value for the money i spent. I’d love to continue living there but I’ve gotten a new job out of state. Check out High Point Commons I think you’ll like it!
