Dunkin’ Donuts

Renovated hipster DD.
Lounge-​y seats, wifi and average coffee. I feel like DD has watered down their coffee…
Donuts are fresh looking and place is always busy with teeny boppers who think they are cool and chilling at Starbucks… close enough.
People can’t park correctly here.
Staff is meh.

Very rude staff especially at night.
I used to frequent this location without any issues. More recently the staff, especially at night, has honestly just not been very good.
You ask for one thing, and they give you the wrong thing then try to tell you what you ordered is not on the menu — until you enlighten them that it is indeed on the menu.
One particular staff member was on the phone the entire time she interacted with me, from taking my order, to making it, to me paying for it and leaving. Did not acknowledge me or what I said at all, just did everything as she was talking on the phone. At first I thought I’d give her a break because maybe there was an issue and she was speaking to a manager or something, but based on the conversation, the joking, and the laughing I think it is safe to assume she was talking to her friend.

Really nice and clean looking location… but it’s busy here!!! The cashier seemed pretty miserable and her service was not ideal. My glazed donut was pretty fresh even though I bought it in the afternoon. Also got a caramel latte which tasted ok. The hot drinks are REALLY hot… that is to be expected… but how can you not stock sleeves for the cup? Mine was so hot, I could barely hold it. Asked for a sleeve and they don’t carry it? Asked for a second cup to put around my hot cup and the girl looked at me like I was crazy. Hot drinks without sleeves are really dangerous! Get some sleeves… PLEASE!

My mom went in earlier to get two medium smoothies. The lady said, with an attitude, they didn’t have medium, only small; Weird but fine. Then a young employee was sweeping the floors in a bizarre manner; trying to kick up dust on purpose and telling customers to move out of his way, etc. (the manager was present this entire time). The sweeping boy then made a rude comment at my mom and spoke to her very disrespectfully, all while the manager watched and did not intervene. How they could allow this is beyond me. I don’t even want to give them 1 star. Oh and the smoothies sucked.

This used to be the best dunkin in the area. I used to get iced coffee on the weekends until i was served sour coffee 3 weekends in a row. Another time i ordered a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese… as i waited the manager called out «sesame bagel toasted with cream cheese» and nobody claimed it. I told him i ordered a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. About a minute later he called my order and when i got home i realized that he tricked me and put the soggy sesame bagel in my bag. He has also forgotten to make my iced coffee, saw me waiting, asked if my coffee was made, i told him no and instead of making sure my coffee was made he started taking someone else’s order. He comes off as a sneaky arrogant a-​hole who doesn’t know what he’s doing. I’ll be going to the Chatham dunkin from now on.

Surprised to be the first person writing a review for this DD as it’s always pretty packed. This particular DD looks like they would have a drive thru but they don’t, and for some reason, I actually remembered this place as having a drive thru.
The main reason for my 2-​star rating is that they are incredibly slow here. Like, way too slow. And, the most recent iced coffee I had was a little off but it was still good. The parking lot is also a bit of a weird setup, too. They could use some more parking spots.

Stay away! I was very disappointed that I was served by a person with his pants hanging literally all the way down below his bottom underwear. Disgusting and unsanitary. I understand this is cool in some circles but not cool in serving customers in restaurants. Where was the manager — on vacation? I will not return to this Dunkin’ Donuts location.
