Burger King

This is the only fast food restaurant outside of Chick-​fill-​A that has happy employees. Every time I come here I am greeted with smiles and enthusiasm

I stopped going to this BK because they never get my order right and they are flat out mean. Last week I was on my lunch break and really wanted some BK. I go inside to order and 2 people are ahead of me. I go up to place my order and the person taking my order was really confused. I ordered a whopper meal and chicken nuggets. I asked for no pickles on my whopper.
After I place my order I sit and wait. 5 minutes go by and my order is not out yet. 10 minutes go by order still not out. I ask one of the workers what’s taking so long and they give me a sarcastic answer. After 20 minutes and no food, I go up to the cashier and ask the person where is my food. She says it’s almost ready. I tell her I have been waiting for 20 minutes. After 25 minutes I get my food!
I open the wrapper and look inside to see pickles along with cheese. I didn’t ask for cheese. My fries are cold and my chicken nuggets are hard. I ask them to remake my order or give me a refund. So they gave me a refund and I was food less.
Could I have eaten my whopper with cheese and cold fries with hard chicken nuggets? Yes but I paid for food and I expected it to be hot and fresh. Please avoid this BK.

Since when does Burger King got hot dogs? Somebody at Unilocal has to check this out! Last time I went it wasn’t on the menu. Please fix this!

They always give me cold fries. Over cooked chicken fries. Not sure what to say. Convenience is nice, but that’s about it. Hope they read this and attempt to increase quality.

I’ve eaten here a few times and each and every time the sandwiches have been prepared in a very presentable manner, and not like some other chains where the burger is all lopsided. You know who I’m talking about Ronald! The fries are always hot and crispy. I have never had any issues at all with anything. Besides I’m sure if there were it would be corrected. Service is usually fast and friendly. It’s a Burger King for goodness sake, and a pretty decent one at that.

Honestly I don’t know what’s the deal with those two who review this place before me, but it’s not the worst burger king ever. I have saw worst nor do I feel it’s the best. I will explain why. During the day time, the Burger King is run like a well oil machine, the staff during the day are a bit better than the evening crew. Evening crew is made out of the local high schoolers (most B. J). Sometimes you heard their high school drama B. S while getting your food. I try to limit myself from going there at evenings. The inside is well kept no matter the hour of the day.

If you ever place an order there and actually get everything you ordered the way you ordered it then please alert the media because that would be a newsworthy event! It’s the only drive thru between my home and office so sometimes if I don’t have anything at home for breakfast (or for some reason absolutely must go by my house during my lunch break) I’ll swing through the drive thru to grab something quick but not once has my order ever been totally right. By the way I usually don’t ask for any substitutions (or if I do it’s 1 only like adding cheese to my veggie burger) so it isn’t because my order is complex! Usually it’s because they leave items out or put the total wrong thing in (maybe that’s just someone elses order).
