I have mixed emotions about BBB. I like it. They have a decent selection. Their prices are ok. However, the service is great. Ask for Stephan when you need anything. Honestly, this is the best service I have received in a quite a while. And I mean out of everywhere I have been. It is not just on one visit, it is a continual thing.
He makes me feel like my business matters. As long as they have Stephan and people like him, I will keep coming back.

It’s BB&B. It’s a bit pricey, but they do have a lot of stuff you just can’t find anywhere else around Madison. And, if you get on their mailing list, they send you 20% off coupons in the mail. That helps quite a bit!

Not much remarkable can be said about BBB as a chain. This location always feels a little cramped, but then most of their locations do. It’s fine for what it offers, nothing amazing, but nothing bad either. Lots of homegoods of the mid– to up-​market variety and gobs of kitchen gadgets.
