Pizza Hut

Boooooooooo! Terrible experience. I ordered wings for pick up on Friday, June 3^rd. I call and place my order with a gentleman who never said his name. A little curt and dry but I just assumed his job probably sucked and stayed polite. When I got off the phone, I made a comment to a friend about the customer service and she recounted a negative visit she had there as well. My boyfriend brings the food and I see they are boneless wings, I ordered bone in. I call back and the staff begins to try to argue with me about what I ordered. Whether there was a miscommunication or not, if it’s not what the customer wanted you offer whatever the person needs. Evan, the manager, continued to over talk me and insist I ordered boneless, yelled at me over the phone and hung up in my face when I asked corporate contact information (which they have none). He did offer to replace the wings, but by that point, I requested my money back because I will never do business in an establishment that entrusts their brand to that form of leadership. And I was extra upset too because I really was craving those wings!

Every time I order they screw it up. And the crew who answer the phones are just rude.

This is one of the newest if not the newest Pizza Hut location in the area. It is clean inside, it has nice staff, and the food is always fresh. It is not a sit down place, though; they only have like 4 chairs in the entire place to sit down and wait for your food. One of the smaller pizza huts that I have been in. Not a biggie.

This is a Good place to swing in to pick up pizza for lunch. Not a dine in place because as soon as you walk in
I ordered the meat lovers pizza on their website and it was ready in about 10 – 15 minutes. The pizza was fresh and hot out of the oven, just like I like it. Also the staff was very friendly.

The thing I love most about this place is the customer service. A lot of the staff that used to work on the 14 and deq. location work here now since it closed. These guys treat you like family! Service with a smile!

My experience with this location has always been good. The pizza is always delivered hot and cheesy, the driver is always friendly, and the delivery time is always reasonable.

I don’t eat at Pizza Huts very often because there was always another pizza place more conveniently located for me, but I ordered for the first time from there today for lunch. The online ordering has been revamped (probably for all Pizza Huts nationwide) and is easy to use. The new recipe pizza is delicious. The delivery person was fast and polite. This is pretty much all I look for in a pizza. So 5 stars!
I will say, this is my first review. I just felt compelled because of all the negative ones for this location. I also note that since I have lived in this area their sign out front has said that they have new management and more recently that they are hiring. So if this location was a bit below average before then perhaps the new management and staff is doing a wonderful job of turning it around very quickly. Also, the negative reviews could just be from grumpy people but I assume most people take that into consideration when reading these. My point is, this place was great!

Fairly new location so I’ll give it it’s first review! Got carry out today for lunch because I joined their email/​text club and got a free order of cheese sticks. I got to place my order online while at work so it was super convenient. Placed at 12:45 and ready as promised when I walked in the door at 1. In fact, the pizza guy literally just finished putting my tasty stuffed crust pizza in the box as I walked up. Now that’s real hot n ready ish! No skimping on the three cheeses stuffed into the crust either. And they added real mushrooms to my pie… not nasty, soggy, water logged canned shrooms! Pizza Hut is making a comeback y’all!
