Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Enterprise is always efficient, friendly and respectful. Their employees always look and dress very neatly, like young Mormon missionaries. I’ve rented many enterprise cars, mostly in California, but on this particular occasion they seemed a little disorganized. They didn’t have enough cars available and spent most of the afternoon shifting them around from other stores and their airport location to meet demand. They were about six hours later picking me up to take me to their store. Once there, however, everything went easy. the same lack of enough cars to meet the demand also seemed to be the case when I returned the car– with the employees on the phone advising customers they might not be able to have their reserved cars on time. Otherwise– everything went fine.
