The service here is great! The person who helped me got me started with the variety of copy jobs I had and made sure I had what I needed to get my job done efficiently. My wife and I will definitely use them again.

This would be a great location to open up a copy, mail, package business. I wonder why no one’s thought about that before?
They must hire their employees right off the turnip truck. Not very bright and I’m not talking about the lighting.
This is one of those places that gives you the experience of not wanting to repeat it, kind of like stepping in dog poop, not the end of the world but rather annoying.
Save yourself the trouble of scraping your shoe, go somewhere else!

I was out of town and needed print and scan services for a document to be signed and returned. I arrived about 7 PM, the location was busy, but the staff acknowledged my arrival and asked if they could be of assistance. They showed me the computer system kiosks, showed me how to get started, provided assistance during a snag, provided guidance to avoid unnecessary printing expenditures, and refunded the unused time on my card. All and all, I received very good service during a busy period in their store. The staff attitude was workmanlike (versus upbeat), this was fine with me. What made a difference was the extra mile they went at a couple of points in my visit to ensure my experience was successful AND cost efficient. Should I find myself in the area again with a similar need, I will use them again.

Customer Service Skills could be improved.
As long as our package gets to it’s intended location on time ok. But as much as we pay for FEDEX it would be nice to have decent customer service.
