Buffalo Wild Wings

This place has really gone down. I live in Macon and use to attend Buffalo Wild Wings regularly. The past three time we have been there it has taken them for ever to get our drinks and food. This past weekend we went and sat on their porch. There was only us and one other group sitting outside that had already been there awhile when we arrived. We ordered our drinks 20 min after arriving and never got menus 15 min later we final got our drinks and still no menus after asking the waitress twice and the manger once. We final just decided to leave. The management and staff are lazy and half of them are standing around when there are people waiting to be served. If you are in the mood for wings and maybe watching a game go to Wild Wings Café on riverside! It’s a lot friendlier staff and they are very quick with your drink and food orders!

The food was very good and the server and hosts were excellent, the place is huge and looks super clean which is always a big plus m, I’ll for sure visit this location again.

Great atmosphere for a sports bar with all the TV’s you could need and the best food for a game day!

I want to start this review off by saying that I visit this location almost once a month. It is a tradition for myself and my group of friends to celebrate birthdays here, because of the delicious complimentary cake and ice cream for whomever’s birthday it is.
The restaurant is always very clean and the bathrooms are very well kept up with.
The service is phenomenal and we are always greeted by the manager who recognizes and welcomes us and asks us how we’ve been since our last visit.
The food, however, is mediocre at best.
Now, while I’ve never had the bone-​in wings, because I’m a college student and we go on $.60 boneless Thursdays, the boneless wings are very low in quality. The meat is typically very dry when it comes out of the kitchen, and I feel as though either the sauces could taste better or BWW could do a better job at describing them. Thankfully they do let you taste the sauces prior to ordering upon request.
The rest of the menu is good. Nothing phenomenal, but I always feel as though I’m not getting enough for my money.
However, I will not finalize my review based upon the cooperate failure of B-​Dubbs, but will gladly say that if you want a fun and friendly environment and aren’t looking for phenomenal food, this is the place to be.
I recommend the flatbread pizzas or a burger. For appetizers, the mozzarella sticks are always a favorite, and during happy hour, they’re only $ 3, along with a few other appetizer options.
In conclusion, amazing quality in service, cleanliness and environment, not so much the food.

We stopped here on the way home from a family vacation trip to Florida. The place is huge and very clean. We were treated by very friendly hosts. Our waitress was new and very nervous, but she was super nice and really tried hard. I was excited to order the buffalo wings, because that’s what this place is known for. I was EXTREMELY disappointed. We ordered the traditional in three flavors: Medium which was probably the best choice, but not the best we’ve had. We also ordered the lemon pepper seasoning, which was too dry and stale. But worst of all the most disgusting was the honey mustard or something thick and yellow.
Luckily the nice waitress pointed out that if we did a survey we’d get $ 5 off our next bill. I knew I wasn’t coming back, so I filed out the survey on my phone, got the discount code, and wrote it on the receipt and got the discount. I will never go back to this place.

Hit or miss. I’ve been times where the wings and fries were great as was the service. Two other times our meals were completely messed up — appetizers served after meal had arrived, wrong beer given to us twice, very disorganized service.

Great service, free samples and games to play at the table. Honey bbq chicken salad was on point

Great food lots of big tv’s. Great place to watch the game. I like this wing place better than any other place in town. The wing are bigger and more flavors

I usually go to the one in Warner Robins but decided to try this one after work… Sorry I did sat at the bar and had the worst customer service and the food came out cold I’ll stick to Warner Robins and visit TC and Todd for great customer service

My favorite sports bar. Great service awesome monitor’s and a lot of fun. Food is excellent.

The service was pretty poor. Our server was nice but rarely made an appearance.
I ordered the spiciest wings on the menu, and they were dry and tasteless. I explained that the wings had no flavor, and I asked for some extra sauce. I was brought an extra thimble of sauce, and was charged extra for it.
My wife got a black bean burger, which wasn’t bad. The waitress told her the list of sides to choose from which included a side salad. She ordered the salad, and we were charged extra for it.
It’s not the worst restaurant, and certainly nowhere near the best. They have much work to do on improving customer service and satisfaction. Note to BWW– The key to resolving all customer issues is not charging them extra money.
We won’t be back to this place any time soon.

Poor quality everything. They obviously do not care about the customers if they do not care about the quality or presentation of the food they are serving. Rude ass server STILL going to give me my to-​go order after they dropped it and the sauces spilled EVERYWHERE on the damn bag. I picked up the bag like what the hell is this all over my hand?! It was even worse when I opened the box cause everything was mixed around, it would’ve been okay if it was just chicken, but I ordered one of the appetizer sampler plates and I just got a pile of nachos, mozzerella sticks, wings, onion rings with like three sauces mixed in it… I would’ve sent that crap right back to the kitchen to have it remade, but it was just my boyfriend and I eating it so I just whatever’d it because I’d hate dealing with customers who complain, and I didn’t feel like ruining anyone else’s food especially after ours were pretty annoyed. We didn’t even finish the nasty food looking like dog food. I tipped the chick once I paid for my to-​go order too, the least she could’ve done was have it remade or work on her butterfingers.

This is the nicest looking, and most poorly run bww I have visited in my travels. Staff looked positively miserable, at least 3 managerial types were lurking about, scowling at the employees. The bad vibes were palpable and infectious. Restaurant was fairly busy, and I did not see a single person (patron or employee) smiling or enjoying themselves — really, not a single one! People at the bar were sending back «ice cold» food, and I was shorted on my wings. And I apologize if this sounds petty, but people do not typically go to bww to be served by a bunch of scuzzy looking dudes! Hire some ladies, and quit running it like a prison camp!

I have been to bdubs in many states as this by far has the best food. Love love love and the staff is awesome. Highly recommend

Stay away. Service is terrible, food is mediocre at best, restaurant is loud, mixed drinks are bad, layout sucks and prices are high. It got 2 stars because it has tons of tv’s. Enough to give you an epileptic seizure.

I’m usually not one to write reviews or complain about restaurants for that matter, but my friends and I had the worst dining experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. We waited for over an hour, which is not unusual on a Saturday night in Macon. Once we were seated it took over 30 minutes to get our drinks. Also we never received our appetizers. We started complaining to no avail. We were finally served cold food about 2 and a half hours later. We spoke to the manager Stephanie who was very defensive, but assured us our bill would be comp’ed. We’re going to stick to Wild Wings Café.

This place it where you NEED to be, wings café is nice, others are ok, but this place is where you died and went to heaven. Its like the tv section of best buy but with a bar and food. The wings are as big as your arm (thank you god), the variety of flavors are amazing, and the tvs, did i mention the tvs!!! There must be 90 50−60in flat screen tvs… everywhere, even two giant mega huge projected screens. i sat so close i felt i was damn near at the game. The waiters and waitresses work their ass of to make the experience even better. If you love sports this place, not wings café, not applebees, not american wings, hell not even home, THIS PLACE is for you. Date night, girls night, mancave dude night, family night, prom, graduation, etc is perfect for Macon, ga’s newest and brightest gem. And you guessed it, i will, will be going back

I’m never impressed w this place however my family likes it so I will make an appearance on occasion… I like the variety of beer you choose from however I almost always leave w a tummy ache i would say this is the case for all buffalo wild wing joints not this one alone… if it were just me I wld give it 2 n a half stars but again my family luvs it my husband CRAVES the mango habenero wings and has ate them 3x this wk!
