Let’s just start with WOW! This company is amazing! We called Flood and Fire Solutions as soon as we noticed our basement was flooded. The company had their technicians out within an hour of our call. The technicians were very informative, friendly, focused and so helpful! We were fully informed of any steps they were going to take through out the whole process. They made sure to explain everything very throughly and were prompt to answer any questions we had. Their pricing is very fair compared to the last company I used who charged me triple the price to do the same exact job when our basement flooded years ago. I would and will recommend this company to any homeowner in crisis. They know how to handle business and truly care about your home! I wish there was a 10 star option because they deserve it!

After a potential deal ending home inspection, the thought of buying my first home with a mold problem was terrifying. I immediately called Flood Solutions Inc. and within a few hours David(operations manager) was on site and in the attic to assess my issues. He and Craig were extremely detailed, time sensitive, and knowledgeable about the issues at hand. I would trust the team at Flood Solutions to handle any problem with the utmost level of professionalism, competitive pricing, and hands down the best customer service! Thanks again guys for all the assistance.

Absolutely the worst experience dealing with a contractor of my life. A 4×4 Square foot area of my bathroom cost over $ 1400.00 just for the cleaning services. Some of the services included were; removal of small amount of drywall, unnecessary rental of dehumidifier and fan, also a dumping fee. why not use my trash bin(again 4×4 drywall), etc… My wife was talked into signing an agreement to pay for services before a quote was written. Definitely her mistake, but this is not proper procedure in my opinion. She should have at least been informed of a ballpark number before being asked to sign a document that makes us liable for any work they decide is necessary. We finally received the quote(really a bill at this point) days after the work was complete. Too late to stop them from charging us for work I believe was not necessary and over priced. Worst of all, I then tried to negotiate with Flood Solutions Inc. but was met with extreme irreverence.
