Horrible horrible, food not fresh at all, everything is just frozen food. We asked if the mushrooms are fresh and some ignorant young girl said o yea everything is fresh! We got our food and nothing was fresh, canned mushrooms are THE WORST!!! How do you call yourself a professional? Smh!!! Not all Tom and Jerry’s are nasty like this one, I’ll definitely take my business elsewhere and I think anybody who wants good food to do the same. O yea and when I called to talk to a manager I was put on hold until I hung up, customer service was just as bad as the frozen food there selling…

T & J’s used to be part of our rotation (about once a month or so) that is until a couple weeks ago. Picked up an Italian Beef and a Gyro. Both sandwiches quantity of product had been diminished significantly. Quality was still just as good as before. We’re used to cutting these in half and doing a half now an a half later type of thing. I called to see if they had changed their practice. The manager told me that they have had to cut back the portions because of the higher prices of meat. I asked him why they just didn’t charge a little more and keep the sandwiches the same? He told me that it wasn’t his decision and he just had to go along with the new practice. It’s a shame when businesses stray away from their business model that made them successful in the first place.

Benn here a few times now. Ehh… nothing better than frozen gyros from the store, except you will get full from the store. I reviewed this place before but the gyros has gotten more burnt, smaller, and still as bland as always. Its a shame Rockford area has to deal with so much sub par food. The staff acted as if I was crazy for commenting. LAST TIME spending cash here. I’ll choose taco bell! They can at least fill you up for $ 6! *sigh* I really wish SOMEWHERE in this area has good food, even better, good food and service! I’ll go back to Chicagoland until portillos opens. SHAMEFULLY CHEAP TOM AND JERRY’S. GET YOUR SH$# TOGETHER!

I love Tom and Jerry, been going to this one for a while now. The staff is always nice ad courtesy to me. If I have any questions they are happy to answer them.
The food is made to order and they are usually pretty fast about getting the food up.
Usually I either get a grilled chicken on a regular bun or breaded, both are great!
I wouldn’t recommend getting it on a pita bread though because the last one I had, had way too much lettuce.
Their meatball sub is pretty good as well. It’s a little messy, but the flavor is great. The meatball is seasoned well and the cheese is melted just right everything!
I recently got the meatball sub with no fries, but mozzarella sticks subbed in and it was under $ 10.

Saw their website which said «mention the site for a two gyro combo» which they refused to honor. The guy claimed they «didn’t own the website» so they weren’t obligated to give us the reduced price. What a scam. If I wasn’t so intent on having a gyro I would have bailed. The extra money I had to spend cost you a customer. It’s a little thing called service where you try to make it right.

Eh… Not great. I had the Italian beef which was ok but au jus was bland, like brown water. S/o had Italian sausage which was gross– dry and no onions or peppers. Sauce was flavorless. Fries were frozen. I doubt I will return.

I had an italian beef sausage combo. I asked for it dry and the person at the front counter did not know what I meant by dry. Not a good sign. The sausage wasnt cooked all the way. They keep the place clean. There wasnt much that stood out.

Always good for a quick bite. I am addicted to their mozzarella sticks and the fries are amazing. The staff keep the dining area clean which for fast food is always a plus. Drive through takes longer than most because they make food to order but no complaints on that
