Breeze Laundromat

Breeze is not being maintained. There are only 4 carts, one of which is unusable, machines with missing parts so that they cannot be closed (and therefore not used), and NO hot water in any of the machines. No wonder it is empty here. I thought I was just early. I came here for a number of months in the past while our building replaced our machines and it was fine, and busy. Floor is filthy too.

Went there on 5÷8÷15 @ 700pm. There was no one there except the attendant. Majority of the machines were broken. I found some that seemed ok, loaded up the clothes… put $ 10 in the change machine and it only retuned $ 1.25. I told the attendant what happened. She apologized and said the owner only leaves $ 10 for refunds and that was already used. She called the owner, Ken for me. Ken was beyond rude! Said it wasnt his problem and what did I expect him to do about it. He said to give my info and he will mail me a check. Yeah, i highly doubt he will. Another lady came in to wash and left when she realized all 3 change machines werent working. She also said she’s never received her lost $$ back from him. Go any place else!

Came here to wash my comforter. Place is dirty and poorly maintained. (By dirty I mostly mean inside the driers and washers) Half the machines are out of order. After waiting 40 minutes for it to dry I realized it was blowing cold air. Waste of time and money.

This is one of the few laundromats that I enjoy going to.
They have regular sized washing machines ($ 2.00) and larger «industrial strength» sized machines ($ 3.50). Occasionally there are machines that don’t work (what laundromat has ALL working machines all the time? Let me know!), but there are still plenty of machines where you will be able to get your laundry done.
The dryers are very large and are .25 for 10 minutes.
There are plenty of carts you can use (you can also take them out to your car to bring in/​take out your laundry). There are 3 plasma screen tvs (with remotes so you can change the channel) and there is a soda machine and a snack machine (also has ice cream! BONUS!!).
There are 3 change machines and plenty of seats. Also a vending machine for bleach, detergent and other laundry needs. There is a bathroom, but it’s very dark in there.
The laundromat is located in a small strip mall that includes a good Chinese restaurant and a Subway.
The staff is always pleasant and they always help you out if you have questions or need help.
The place does get busy on the weekends, so the best time to go is in the morning on the weekdays.

Very clean, friendly staff. Clean place too, haha. I like going in when no one else is so I have control of the tv. Sometimes they have donuts.

While I was waiting for my comforter to finish drying, a woman (I’m assuming she was the owner) came up to me and advised me to take out my comforter for a second and fluff it to ensure that the whole thing would dry. Later, she helped me fold it.
On top of the great customer service, the entire place was very clean. I’ll come back here next time my comforter needs to be washed!
