Starbucks

I’ll make this brief… This has got to be one of the worst Starbucks that I have ever been to. The quality of service and the finished product sucked ass! Each of the numbered reasons below equate to why they were given one star.
1. Ghetto ass area… cops (3 cars) in the parking lot dealing with major drama.
2. Drive-​thru line is off the heezy! Definitely not sitting in that, so we parked.
3. The line inside is long and also moving at a snails pace.
4. Asked for a treinta black tea, no water, sweetened with a SPLASH of lemonade, since Starbucks doesn’t carry lemons.
5. Girl wrote all of my stuff on the cup, but for some odd ass reason, refused to write «Splash of lemonade» on the cup,” because she was just «…gonna tell them.» Why??? Why not just write it on the damn cup? I told her twice before walking away to make sure that it’s just a splash and asked if she knows what that means… of course she said, «Yes.»
6. We stood there and watched as that same girl went over to the guy, making the drinks and said something to him and either she or he wrote it on the cup… why couldn’t she do that to begin with?
7. We then watched as the girl proceeded to fill all iced drink cups that people had ordered with ice to the very top of the cups. Not measured for the correct drink! So basically, when the guy finished making the drinks and would pour it into the cups, the cups were so full of ice that most of the drink was thrown out. People lost a big portion of their drinks and didn’t even know it. They paid for a venti, but got a grande or the paid for a grande, but got a tall, etc… etc… That’s some major bullshit right there, especially when you’re paying these prices!
8. I told the guy to pour some of that ice off of my orders. Guess what he did… he poured ALL of the ice out of my cups!
9. Watched as the guy put water in my tea, anyway. Stopped him and told him that it should be written on the cup. He verifies that it is, so how could you miss it, then?
10. That «splash» of lemonade that I asked for was actually turned into a black tea lemonade! He poured so much of it that it was sour! You didn’t even taste the tea, anymore!
11. When we left, there were more cops in the parking lot and the ghetto bird had just arrived!
EPIC FAIL!!! Never again!

I asked for a coffee cake and I told the ho to heat that sh*t up but the fat bi*ch decided not to heat it up I’m crying

This is my favorite Starbucks in Lynwood! They’re always very friendly as soon as I walk in.
Whatever drink I order here — always comes out on point! Especially when Mikey makes it! He’s always very attentive and friendly and works quickly. He’s the supervisor and I can tell he always makes sure the store is running smoothly.
Definitely recommend this store!

I don’t understand all the negative reviews? Lol this is my favorite Starbucks in the neighborhood I have other choices but i always come to this location because of the great customer service. It’s story time kids lol I once had a return to make on a purchase I made in Monterey park and I stepped into the Starbucks located on Atlantic. Now from what I remember (this was a while back) everyone there was rude including the manager because the girl at the counter was not sure how to do a return so she called for her manager. The «Manager» came out and told me he couldn’t do the exchange I had to go back to where I bought the k-​cups? I’ve never heard that before so I said okay. I stepped out made a call to the Starbucks I made the purchase at at they assured me I can make the exchange at any Starbucks. So I went to the Starbucks on MLK and had no issue what so ever with the exchange. Every time I come in to grab my usual drink I never have an issue with the wait or with someone messing up my order and for those reasons I continue to come to this Starbucks.

I went to the Starbucks a few minutes ago and the young lady at the drive thru was really rude and had a negative energy. She seemed upset because my cup was overflowing and I asked for her to pour out some of the coffee because it was too much. Then she never handed me back my debit card. Come to find out she placed it on my cup holder with napkins on top. I thought I lost my debit card and had to contact the assistant who seemed like she was trying to mediate the situation until she made an excuse saying she never acts this way. I will be contacting the district manager due to the lack of service I received as well as how she placed my debit card on a cup holder instead of my hand.

So I give a 2 star just for the simple fact that it’s Starbucks. After several early morning visits & reviewing the hours open for service I think it’s terrible how slow the service is… My last visit here I watched through the drive-​thru window as not 1 or 2 but 3 drinks were made before my 1 drink order was made… I waited at the window for almost 10 minutes– that’s right 10 whole minutes before I got my drink this was at appx 0630 making me late to work! No one came to the window to apologize or even acknowledge me after I had paid. It was actually only because I had paid that I waited, otherwise I would have drive off… Seriously it’s a drive-​thru… Not park & wait… I made my dissatisfaction known immediately & how I didn’t appreciate them goofing around all while I was waiting for my drink. From what I gathered none of the 6 visible employees was able to get my order… AND the other 3 drinks just sat there on the counter the entire time– yes the drive thru counter

Arrived and it took a bit to get my drink order through the drive-​thru. Finally placed my order and as I was asking if they had a donut they just said yes and then when I said can I have two, the answer was no, we don’t have any, supposedly they looked but that mic was on in seconds.
Went with two buttery croissants and a banana bread. One iced Caramel Macchiato and two Café Mochas.
Great tasting drink and good pastries.

One of their newest locations, this Starbucks is the one closest to my job and yet the one I frequent the most! I have been to many Starbucks locations– this one by far always knows how to make my refreshers, whether they be the very berry hibiscus or the strawberry acai, the best. The service is always great and prompt at this location. The drive thru here goes by rather quick as well. There is plenty of seating inside, as well as outside. There is a reason why I am here very often… now you know why!

they’re customer service is horrible. since when are you unable to get ice water because you asked for no ice in your drink? from the cashier to the young lady who handed me the drink. the entire feeling was that of «omg i don’t want to be at work today»…smh they have to do better

The most horrible service I received from a young lady named Daisy. She didn’t have any good Customer service at all. It’s ridiculous. WILL NEVER CLME BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

So I’m at it again, trying to get my fix of a black mango tea and I wait in this long ass line to be told they don’t have any black tea. How hard is it to brew black tea? This is twice in the same week! I promise when I finish spending this money on this card I’m officially done with Starbucks! They can have this platinum member BS card. I mean, what good is it if they can’t even keep the supplies stocked. Done!

Fix the drive thru line. Put some cones in to direct the entrance of the drive thru so that other drivers won’t cut off other drivers during your busiest hours.

I absolutely love this Starbucks. The staff is friendly, drinks are great, and it is always clean. I come to this location a lot to do work because there is almost always sits available in the morning. It’s kind of like a little hidden gem after morning rush hour.

Clean, clean, clean!!! Friendly and helpful staff, my espresso is yummy but the breakfast sandwich is a bit bland, I like it spicy!!! Lol other than that my service was friendly and fast.

I love this Starbucks everyone is so nice n always happy love love love this place joshua, jesus, mikey, andrea, yami, Israel etc… you guys r the best.

Since this Starbucks is close and convenient I’ve stopped by a few times. I keep giving them chances but the service & quality never gets better! Once they ran out of soy and kept insisting that I get regular that the calories were about the same… Umm calories aren’t the problem my lactose intolerance is! The most recent trip was to get some passion tea lemonades. It wasn’t a busy afternoon, took the baristas about 15 minutes to make them because they kept talking, i’m pretty sure I caught up on all the gossip as I sat there and waited. They always chat non-​stop about personal business that needs to not be heard by customers. I’m not sure where the manager ever is… Very disappointed!

I loved how my drink was made, I got a tall passion tea and it was sweetened perfectly the way I wanted it.
This was my first time at this location.

One of my favorite Starbucks. It’s very spacious with lots of seating for studying and meetings. The atmosphere is very quiet and professional and the baristas are very friendly. I heard the barista ask a man if he liked his drink, if not she was willing to make him another one. It’s rare when that happens. It’s located near a middle school so the place gets busy when school is out. But overall, one of the best Starbucks I have been. Truly recommend it
