This review is for the eyelash extension service. I don’t normally give anyone a 1 star, but my experience with this was very horrible. I bought some voucher for the services here, so I thought I’d give it a try. NOT WORTH THE COST, discounted or full price. The esthetician herself was very kind and hospitable. However, her services were less than my expectations. I’ve had eyelash extensions done before, so I know what to expect and how it should look and feel. Don’t go here for eyelash extensions unless you want crooked eyelashes at double the time it would take a more talented esthetician to accomplish. She taped my eyes and lashes in all sorts of directions, and this process was actually grueling and painful for me. Unlike other places I’ve been to, it didn’t seem like she had very much experience as she was using some form of tape that was not sensitive to the eyes and took about 2 hours at least to bond 60 lashes or so, which was not even enough. In the end, not only did my eyelashes look horrible (so bad I tried to take them off), but the ones that did remain hurt my eyes and poked me or something, hence why I tried to remove them. The lashes did not last long no matter how well I cared for my lashes, and they were just poorly bonded. She is a very nice lady and tries to make you feel comfortable, but I do not recommend going here for a professional eyelash extension service.
