The Bistro Pho & Teriyaki

Utterly ridiculous wait time. Called in a to go order, was told it would be 20 min and 50 min later no food whatsoever. The lone guy seemed to be able to take care of the massive 12 person party that continued to grow but could not manage to serve the people who diligently waited or placed their order well ahead of time. Save yourself the time and patience and go elsewhere.

My friends and I came here around 11:30pm, when they closed at midnight. We were starving and were excited to see a pretty good menu with a lot of varieties at such a late hour. 2 other people were dining and the workers were 2 guys im guessing a father and his son. Service at this hour is slow which is why I docked off a star, he served us water and never came back to refill. So i grabbed the pitcher and served ourselves lol. They seemed to be in the back cleaning which I didn’t mind. It was cool to see that they didn’t care how noisy we were nor how many of us their were and let us hang around. The food was made fresh to order which is AWESOME once again for it being around close. We got yakisobas and chicken teriyaki and they have the best fresh rolls with peanut sauce I have ever had! Mainly because they didn’t add mint :) I was honestly happy and surprised that this place turned out to be this good. They also had self serve fortune cookies. My friends and I enjoyed this place and I would love to keep coming here for late night dinner!

I absolutely love getting late night phở here! Very clean broth — not too greasy and tastes amazing! Their combo pork and shrimp fried rice is amazing too!

The food that I have tried here is great, came here for phở & teriyaki it was delicious ! Phở was great I love finding good phở places it can be hard and they have a great big selection of bubble tea for fellow bubble tea lovers ! Good prices.

This place is great for phở, banh mi, fried rice and more! I go here a couple times a month and the quality is consistent. The service can be a bit slow, but the prices are cheap and hard to beat. I also like that they have late night deals, as not a lot of phở places are open at night. As a vegetarian there are plenty of options here and I would highly recommend!

Delicious and well-​priced! My favorite takeout place. I recommend it to everyone! I have not eaten a thing that was disappointing from the menu.

This place is the best. Just straight up clean, tasty, and hearty phở. The owner that’s there all the time is a great guy too. My wife and I are regulars and will continue to be for eternity! By the way their top items for first timers: phở, BBQ pork fried rice, BBQ pork banh mi, and ginger chicken.

My favorite place for Phở!!. Wonderful flavors and portions big enough for seconds. The owner is nice and always smiling.

Since I moved to Lynnwood I’ve been trying out tons of Phở places and so far this is the best! Lots of places don’t use Veggie broth but they do here! I spoke with the owner and his family are vegetarians, so that’s probably why there were so many veggie options and the food was so good for vegetarians.

The gentleman that owns and runs this restaurant is the kindest! He opens and closes the restaurant every single day and every day he still has a smile on. He has very good customer service.
My favorites to order are the Beef Brisket Phở, the Chicken Phad Thai or the BBQ Pork & Shrimp Spring Rolls. Yum!

Super good chicken phở – the chicken was so tender! But we saw a cockroach on the wall towards the end of our meal…

Finally found a decent place in N end that serves veggie phở, with veg broth. I was good, will definitely come back. The tofu fresh roll was ok.

This place is amazing! FINALLY a place to get late night phở and teriyaki in the North end. The chef is really good and his helper is so friendly. I am usually skeptical about Asian restaurants that serve all types of Asian food but this guy has it down. The phở here is better than the places that only serve phở. Trust me, I eat ALOT of phở. PLUS, there’s also Thai food, teriyaki, you name it! And such a friendly, clean atmosphere with a big TV playing sports! And open «as late as people are there past midnight» (says the owner). And his helper is super friendly too. OH, and did I mention BUBBLE TEA? Also better than most bubble tea places. And complimentary fortune cookies and mints! Really couldn’t think of anything bad about this place. Great selection, great chef, great atmosphere, great prices and OPEN LATE!!! It’s a miracle!

It isn’t fancy, but it’s good. I’ve been coming here for a few years. I’ve only had the veggie phở and I think it’s tasty. They use a veggie broth (i’ve read that most places use chicken broth for veggie phở), which is a plus. Admittedly, my experience with Phở is limited but I keep returning, so it must be good enough. The décor could use some love.

Absolutely the worst chicken teriyaki and phở we have ever had. The teriyaki was bland even with the mounds of sauce that it came with. The phở noodles were mushy and the broth was way too salty.

Food so good my girlfriend who «wasn’t even hungry» changed her mind pretty quick: D Looks like a one man show, so it naturally takes a minute to get your food, but its well worth it. Beef teriyaki bulgogi style is delicious! The phở is also really good. Plus open till midnight, so skip the fast food and get some delicious food instead: D

Convenient that it’s open late, service always super helpful. The guy remembers what I get every time and fried the tofu fresh for me once when they were out. The veggie phở is amazing, broth is great too.

I was so skeptical when my fiancé brought me here for the first time. I’ve had so many bad experiences with Phở places I haven’t been to before, so I usually Sri k to the two I know are safe. The food here is DELICIOUS! I love the fried egg rolls, gyoza (pot stickers/​dumplings), steak phở, and this delicious beef that comes out steaming on a hot skillet with a plate of rice and salad. The owner/​cook definitely does NOT skimp on the proportions!
My fiancé doesn’t like phở (or even soup at that matter), but it’s no big deal because they have something for just about everyone!
Tea could be a little warmer but that’s my ONLY complaint. Besides that, overall LOVE this place.
My fiancé and I, accompanied occasionally by his mother, come here once every week. Definitely would recommend to anyone in the area.

VEGAN Phở broth available here, it is kind of tucked away in a awkward area. It shares the same building as O2 sushi on (hwy 99) Aurora, just ½ blk north of Cycle Barn and PetSmart, on your right. Owner operator name was James. Very nice guy with a gentle disposition.
Open Late until at least MIDNIGHT and on Thurs, Fri, Sat (Sun?) he stays open as long as there are customers, stating sometimes until 3−4am in the morning!
Hours: everyday 8am-​12midnight.

Oh one more thing, he has a special happening for first time customers, you pay $ 10, and for this you get for 30 consecutive days (one month from purchase) 50% all your meals for that time period. It is an awesome deal if you are a late night eater and if you want to try all his menu items. Worked for us!
