Definitely not your friendly neighborhood Taco Time. This place is a disaster! The food there is sub par, the staff is lame… not rude or anything… they just don’t give a crap. As I was waiting for my order, there were like 3 employees just screwing off in the back. When my order did come up, the crispy burrito was soggy… the«mexi fries» were crispier. Very disappointing

We enjoyed the Mexi-Fries and added cheese. They made it hot and fresh. We would happily return.

Oh the staff at this location needs help. Really now, take time to care about your looks(in terms of personal hygiene), and have some degree of professionalism at work. The prices are decent and the food is fresh tasting but the lack of service is unacceptable. Also the fact they dont accept credit cards, but process debit cards as a credit card with a fee is a joke. Take a look at the location, all the signs indicate they have no service. Sign on the soda machine, no free refils, they are full price. No credit debit, ect, I will not return.

Not too shabby for a taco time inside of alderwood mall. Like the other reviewer said, it consists of a bunch of goofy teenagers. One was eating mexi fries in the back while another one was sitting on the counter talking to a friend shopping at the mall. No worries, the whole mall basically consists of these types. It was annoying that the cashier informed me there would be a 40 cent charge for using my debit card and said if thats ok while sliding my card though. Why ask when you are in the middle of doing it? Oh well, and the cost is a good 15−20% higher than a stand alone taco time. Not really worth it but its what you pay for, for the convenience of being in the mall I guess. Food is consistent with all other taco times. mmm yummy.

This Taco Time, located inside of Alderwood Mall, is NOT very good. The food has always been fine, but it’s the service that falls flat at this location. The staff primarily consists of high school students who don’t take their jobs seriously at all. Every time I’ve been to this location, they are just goofing around. Only a few times has my food come out promptly. Once, I waited over 10 minutes for a simple taco and cup of chili. And I wasn’t the only one — there were a couple other people standing around waiting for their food. You’d think that maybe they were backed up by a huge amount of orders, but there was no line… the staff was just working very slowly, fooling around, and being unprofessional. I know I will still visit this location again because I feel that Taco Time is one of the better fast food choices out there, but I really hope that they improve the service because the staff is just atrocious.

There should be a Taco Time in every neighborhood. As it stands, though, I only get this special treat when I’m in either Lynnwood or Woodinville. This Taco Time can be a pain to get to — depending on which side of which street you’re on — but once you to them you’ll get the great Taco Time food, cleanliness and fast service you’ve come to expect. I’ll never stop eating crispy beef burritos. Never ever.

Chihuahua Dog is like taking a bite of crispy heaven. it’s a polish hot dog wrapped in cheese and puff pastry… then deep fried and served to you hot… like molted lava inside. OMG it’s heavenly!!! sure, it’s a lot of calories– but seriously… were you really thinking about your caloric intake when you decided to park your big ol’ butt over to Taco Time? exactly. i already know you weren’t ordering a Tostada Salad… i know you, silly. so get that Chihuahua Dog with spicy salsa sauce… and engorge on a giant fresh burrito… you’ll feel so much better. oh yeah, no DIET coke. no point of getting that, my friend.
