Updating my review to 4 stars because management is awesome.
Was a nice place to live and still is but the company was bought out. The day they took over they laid off all the staff who previously worked for the property. The maintenance people who had worked here since we moved in were laid off without notice and some of the office staff as well. It seemed pretty shady. We probably won’t re-​sign next year. Other than that the neighborhood is quiet and the grounds are nice if you have a dog or kids.

The apartments are nice. Ingrid and Jason are awesome and friendly. They are also accommodating and helpful. They will go out of their way to help you. The maintenance staff are great. They fix things right away and are very efficient. They even came out in the snow in January when I had a problem with my sink and the problem was fixed right away. As long as they keep their prices reasonable :), I will stay here.

After living here for almost a year, I’m sooo ready to move out! These apartments are so old, spider-​infested, crappy apartments. Myself, wife and all three kids had suffered from spider or insect bites many many times, and our complaints went UN-​answered!
Appliances are crappy and don’t function well, and some of the staff can be really really rude! Just make sure to check out other places to rent before you commit to this one, you’ll be glad you did.
P.S: Just to be on the fair side, I must say that maintenance crew are on top of things, respond quickly. Location can be comfy for being close to shopping, mall and theaters, but I’d rather drive for a few miles and live in a nicer place.
