Worst customer service ever and they make the worst coffeee on top of that that girl there at the drive-​through always try to make you buy pastries

I was going to praise this location for the very speedy way they moved cars thru the drive through this morning, but now I realize they didn’t give me napkins for my breakfast or a spoon for my yogurt. Maybe being speedy isn’t the most important thing!

Worst Starbucks ever. My 2 drink orders are really simple and they even repeated it back to me so I know I didn’t miss anything. Way to put a damper on my morning

Okay so yea Lynn is not exactly «Starbucks» territory but since the Lynnway runs from Swampscott to the Highways we got lucky and finally got a Starbucks in a really awkward area of town across from the Flea market and next to some used car dealerships. So there is no hate here because I love Starbucks and the one at the East Boston Winthrop line on 1A is crap to park or drive thru. I have gone here a few times and this is what I have to say. They are fast, they are polite, drinks are ABOVE normal standard delicious, and it is QUIET. People don’t just chill out here they get their stuff and go so yea maybe I am unloading a new study spot for the Salem State crowd but I love this Starbucks and it better stay in Lynn because we don’t get a lot of nice stuff around there. We have to go to Swampscott, Salem, Beverly, or Marblehead. Plus you get a captive audience of the troopers over there since they love to pull people over at the bridge. I was behind a statie in line this morning!

This is by far the best Starbucks location on the North Shore! The baristas are very friendly and the coffee is good! Not like the rude employees who f with your coffee at the Rt1 location. A step up from the horrible coffee from Dunks down the street.

First time swinging by this new Starbucks — it’s location is pretty obviously only to catch the morning commuters into Boston, so I wasn’t expecting much on the interior midday, but I was pleasantly surprised. The work spaces were cozy and seemed to be trying out a new look for Starbucks (more refined than hipster.) The space was clean and neat, the staff was nice, if not overly so, and my drink came up in a timely manner. Per other reviews, it was a little chilly inside to the point where I put my coat back on, but otherwise, I had a totally pleasant time doing work for a couple hours!

Awesome… but chilly. BUT the workers here are great and the bathrooms clean and they have NEVER messed up my order and remember me even though I only hit up this one weekly or less.

Pleasant and efficient service at this location during my AM commute.
I drive by two other Starbucks on the way to work: Swampscott/​Paradise Rd. (Miserable staff, epic lines, terrible baristas) and Logan/​East Boston (Disney World lines that stretch onto the highway).
This new location is staffed by very pleasant folks who are consistently pleasant and upbeat– even in the drive-​thru!
Coffee is always on point and never tastes burned (looking at you, sad Swampscott baristas).
If you’re a North Shore commuter, skip the misery and the line and hit up this location!

this starbucks coffee spot smartened up brought in hired guns experts from both saugus stores well known barristas from those rte, 1 establishments these people are experts in there craft and in customer service this type of personel is teaching the well known customer expectations that starbucks people are used to they are led by a progressive district mngr, josh, he has brought a great culture to lynn i say this starbucks ranks now with the best of them enjoy stop by a great addition to the north shore. if you ever have a problem they will fix it for you no questions asked very customer friendly

Worst Starbucks I have ever been too. Soooo slow. We all k ow Starbucks are slow in general but this one takes slow to a whole new level. Obviously the coffee is the same. Really comes down to service.

Coffee has always been good the few times I’ve been, but the staff is not very attentive. Woman didn’t stop to even look up from doing what she was doing to take my order. no hi, have a nice day or any of that. (Alexis) most of the staff does seem friendly though. The wait times are a little extensive. Used to really fast service at Starbucks. They have a good variety of food/​snacks and starbucks merchandise.

This is his new Starbucks, I visited three times and not yet typical Starbucks for great service and product. Untypical was condition of men’s restroom. In need of cleaning. Staff today seemed over stressed and not focused on customer service. Always great coffee, but they need a manager who is «heads — up». I hope they get it together soon. Location is off downtown, probably good choice. Signage is weak, they are lost between car dealerships. Limited parking.

Omg dud the drive thru girl could not hear me. I ordered a grande skinny iced vanilla latte 2 pumps vanilla. «what she asks louder ?» I repeat then she says «F — — g Retard! Mon the loudspeaker ! I said you need to be careful of what’s said in a loaf speaker everyone can hear you! She says I do not know what you are talking about? Okay two of us in my car heard it. No one uses the «r“word and who swears at a customer? I asked to see the manager. Another denial we hear every thing that’s said on our earphones! My advice if you want abuse and a phony apology and a mediocre cup of coffee do this drive thru.

Great addition to Lynn for those of us that don’t drink Dunks and are sick of seeing them in every corner! They have a few kinks to work out but otherwise great staff!

I’ve waited for this location to open forever! Now that it has, I am very disappointed. Been there 3 times for simple ice coffee just black and had to wait because the cashier couldn’t scoop some ice and add coffee. It’s just ice and coffee no espresso! I should be in and out. Back to the Saugus barista team!

Staff is very friendly as they should and drive thru a bit slow but that’s because of new staff on training.

I went last night around 6:30. The drive up window was slow as molasses. It took 15 minutes to get my drink & there was one car ahead of me. I’m hoping this is just due to a new staff who lacks experience.

It’s been a long time coming, as I love Starbucks products and the fact I can walk there, (I live in point of pines) clean , bright and a nice décor. Well stocked with products and of course free wi fi. Staff looked a little discombobulated but that is understandable with a new busy store as speed and organization will come in time, I will be in weekly for my lb of coffee and a beverage. Thanks for finally putting a store here !

Nice lodge feeling Starbucks close to the ocean. With new construction technology they were able to refurbish the location with organic and low toxicity materials. Not as big a fan of the print pictures — but overall it’s very nice!
